It’s centrally located near all of the shops and eateries. There’s a nice pool and most of the staff are helpful. There was a fresh cooked breakfast as well.

The laundry room was filthy and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. Not enough water/coke machines. (Only one and h2o in office. Needs new bed.

I love the suite with the jacuzzi tub. We always book it when we are there every 3 months or so. The breakfast is decent as well. But also right in a restaurant hub so many choices if you're eating out ( the suite has a kitchenette as well)

I loved the staff. They acted like my needs and welfare were of the utmost importance. My wife didn't want to leave. Lol. The rooms are clean. The pool area was clean and wonderful on a 100 plus degree day. Your breakfasts were totally awesome and the staff who served them were over and beyond friendly as well as welcoming! Be sure to tip them for a job well done! It's the least we could do. The room was very clean and comfortable! You do a wonderful job! I appreciate the competitive rates too. A hotel that makes me look forward to coming back!! Thank you for an unforgetable stay!!

The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast selection here is amazing! Scrambled eggs, homestyle potatoes, sausage and pancakes. Also have hard boiled eggs, muffins, granola bars, and yogurt.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were of good quality. We had a King room with wet bar. Nice area to prepare snacks. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us the Super Bowl channel. Staff was really nice, cheerful and funny.

Exterior could be spruced up a bit.

Stayed here one night to break up the journey from San Diego to Tucson. We had a King Room which has a separate bedroom and living area/kitchenette. Very clean and quiet room though the internet was a bit slow. Loads of chain restaurants nearby, we walked to Olive Garden. Complementary breakfast was OK.

Faster internet.

Staff was great. Pool was freezing. Restaurant was only open for complimentary breakfast even though recording and advertising says the restarant and bar are open. Probably wouldn't have stayed there if we had known that. Breakfast was good.

Location and layout of the room.

We were on the second floor with a lot of hanging clothes had to use the stairs no elevator. Breakfast was located in the pool area.

Very good, but breakfast area way too small

Housekeeping was excellent and then, somewhere along the way, it was barely done, including bed not made and no toilet paper.
