We did not request a quiet room We are on 3rd floor - big room nice & cool Good fridge, good Microwave small but good nice table in room & chairs - nice shower - Nice grounds , pool area , flowers , restaurant most of all Pet friendly

I wish I had paid more attention when looking online for Hotel deals - Booking. Com was 138 a night for a week We are starting our second week here , they Booking.com again, same price - kinda high $$ We are here waiting for our new house & Sewer work to get done - many complications- held up alot I just Booked another week till end of June for 1/2 price thru another Co - very expensive if u have to stay extended stays

I really like the location and have been staying there for years. It is nice to have a frig and microwave in the room, and I also appreciate that it is pet friendly. We stay there when having dental work done in Los Algodones. The gentleman at the front counter was awesome.

I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were not open, because we were there for major dental work, and it would have been nice to relax by the pool when we had some down time. Also, we could not get wifi in our room, and had to go into the hallway and around the corner for service. Otherwise, no complaints.

The rooms were really spacious really clean. The swimming pool is really big the Jacuzzi is amazing. The overall experience was wonderful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have enough towels in the room and they didn’t have towels in the swimming pool and there was one pizza olive in the floor that the housekeeper forgot to pick up other than that the stay was amazing I will recommend

Thought the hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable. Showers were good and hot. Air conditioner worked great. Pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Only thing we didn't like was parking.

Not enough parking. The parking lot was shared with a restaurant located on the back side of the hotel. I was there visiting family and every night I returned back to the hotel I had to park in the very far back and walk in the dark. NOT SAFE FOR TWO WOMEN. One night we waited a good 30 minutes just to park close to the hotel. Since this parking lot is the hotels, then there needs to be signs designated only to hotel guests. This may keep us from returning to stay again.

sadly no breadkfast, not the hotels fault just the fault of the idiots in washington DC who decided to have the covid 19 ruin American. The lady at the desk was great. All staff really helpful.

We only had one wash cloth could have had more. Floor not quite clean in the bathroom but other wise great. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby,had to ask the desk for real coffee in the room instead of decafe but they gave us extra packages.

Big room - Pet Friendly - Comfortable Beds - good Air Conditioning- grass & trees outside behind where Pool is - good for Dogs feet etc - Very Nice Friendly Staff - close to shopping & restaurants too -

Vicious Feral Cats - too many - do not feed them -

More parking would be nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a little difficult to figure out, but nice after I figured out how not to scald myself. We did have a bit of a problem parking our truck. It is an F 250 super cab long bed. There weren’t many parking spaces big enough to accommodate that size vehicle. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall our stay was pretty good.

It was comfortable. If I were still traveling for work, I would have loved to have such a nice room. I think the only thing missing was a relaxing couch for watching TV or reading. I loved the size of the fridge as we had brought several food and drink items with us. The best part was at check out. Two employees went out of their way to assist us. One went went down to the lobby to retrieve a luggage cart and both then loaded and took our things to our car saving us multiple trips from the 4th floor. It was very much appreciated as we are both are in our mid 70's. I wish I had gotten their names so we could have reported the good deed to their manager.

A couple of small things, In-room coffee quantity was too limited and honestly, not very tasteful. It would have been nice to have had a ceiling fan to help distribute the AC more efficiently. A channel guide for the TV and lastly, some type of breakfast service area. If a "grab in go" style had been eliminated due to Covid, it would have been nice to see a posting or a note to that on line.

The king size bed was really comfortable. The room was good, clean. The set up was ok. The location was good. The pool was nice. The hot tub was ok only 3 jets worked but all around not bad. We would stay again.

The TV stations were bad, way to many news stations, the wifi was horrible. The price was high for the room you get.

The front desk was very polite and very helpful And I like the girls and the guys up front

The pool and the hot tub were down the whole time that I stayed there 2 days before I left they had it fixed
