The staff was very welcoming and professional, as always. I often stay here when I'm in Yuma. Having the Angry Crab restaurant next door is a bonus. The property is an older property and there are newer properties in town, brands such as Marriott, but this feels comfortable. I would say it will need some updating in the near future.

We did not request a quiet room We are on 3rd floor - big room nice & cool Good fridge, good Microwave small but good nice table in room & chairs - nice shower - Nice grounds , pool area , flowers , restaurant most of all Pet friendly

I wish I had paid more attention when looking online for Hotel deals - Booking. Com was 138 a night for a week We are starting our second week here , they Booking.com again, same price - kinda high $$ We are here waiting for our new house & Sewer work to get done - many complications- held up alot I just Booked another week till end of June for 1/2 price thru another Co - very expensive if u have to stay extended stays

I really like the location and have been staying there for years. It is nice to have a frig and microwave in the room, and I also appreciate that it is pet friendly. We stay there when having dental work done in Los Algodones. The gentleman at the front counter was awesome.

I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were not open, because we were there for major dental work, and it would have been nice to relax by the pool when we had some down time. Also, we could not get wifi in our room, and had to go into the hallway and around the corner for service. Otherwise, no complaints.

At check in, the young man made sure we had a room close to a door to accommodate our senior dog. We have stayed at the Shilo many times and find it in a great location for our needs. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The rooms were really spacious really clean. The swimming pool is really big the Jacuzzi is amazing. The overall experience was wonderful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have enough towels in the room and they didn’t have towels in the swimming pool and there was one pizza olive in the floor that the housekeeper forgot to pick up other than that the stay was amazing I will recommend

I always stay at this hotel because the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are always clean and decently apportioned. I see a cross section of America staying here. The families, the bikers, the business people, the public servants. The WIFI seems to have improved a lot.

I understand it’s a conference hotel and there is a resort close, but a true breakfast would be a perfect stay. Bitter coffee and package muffin just leave the place in a bad taste

It could use updating. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was next door and not part of the facility; however, the service and menu were great.

Vicious Feral Cats - too many - do not feed them -

The staff was excellent. Very attentive to my family needs. Very clean, beds were comfortable.

The rooms just needs a little updating. The wallpaper was peeling.
