Clean room, breakfast

Broken lamp next to bed. Noisy front room with traffic until we requested to be moved to a rear room.

I paid you guys in full and had to pay the hotel again because you guys couldn’t figure it out. Going to dispute your charges with my bank as I paid twice for the room

Clean, well supplied and extremely gracious staff. Only 1 complaint. NO HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE!

The water was extremely cold in the sink and shower!!!! They have a “setting stop” at lukewarm. Even in the middle of the night there was no warm water to shower! So cold I couldn’t get the shampoo to rinse out of my hair!! Hubby warmed coffee cups in the microwave to rinse the shampoo out!.

Discount because of the Quality of the room is good for people who can’t afford to have comfortable beds upgraded furniture upgraded TVs. Remember it’s discounted for a reason however customer service was awesome the rooms was as expected to be cheap looking location is good.

Get what you pay for want something to just sleep in and keep you warm and out of harms way this is it.. it’s not bad just don’t think your gonna get comfortable beds of flatscreen TV to watch

For the amount spent, it was perfect for what I needed. Clean, room up to date, comfortable, friendly staff. And a free breakfast that was more than just a muffin.

About that free breakfast ... I had that "omelette'' four days of five days, and it's kinda nasty. The day with scrambled eggs was so much better.

This was honestly the best stay of my trip. The young woman at the front desk was so sweet. She answered my questions, and gave me a first floor room, and I didn't have to ask for it!! Major kudos. I travel solo most of the time and not having to explain about my knee was so nice. Then there was the room. It was just right. Beautiful bathroom, clean, comfortable room, and a chair to read in!!! The bed was so comfy. Just soft enough. If I go on, I'll never afford to sleep there again.😁

The cleanliness with nice aroma, my children were happy entering into the room.

We did not like that during night, my daughter encountered 3 small cockroaches in the bathroom (between toilet bowl and bathtub). I immediately finish them before my wife see them LOL.

The clerk and manager did everything they could for us but booking .com screwed up so we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours and 35 minutes before we could get in a room. It took all evening to get booking.com to fix their problem with the payment

We enjoy staying here when we need dental work in Mexico. Facility is clean and centrally located for us.

On our first stay, the room was missing a microwave. Also we need to rely on ice for our cooler to aid in dental care we receive in Mexico. Unfortunately the ice machine at this location never works due to extreme heat. Would make much more sense if machine was in the lobby or an air conditioned room.

It is a good half way point for me
