Hampton Inn Arkadelphia

The hotel was in a great location. The hotel was clean including the hallways and room itself. Everything was well prepared for our arrival. The room was clean no complaint there. I liked how the pool was available to use with room temperature water. They had a restroom and shower area to use which came in handy. The breakfast was super delicious with so much variety probably the best I've had to be honest. I will definitely come here again if given the opportunity.

The pillows seemed comfy but once you laid your head on them they deflated like balloons. Kind of made them useless and I didn't sleep to comfortable because of it.

I understand that there is no cleaning service for guests who stay two nights. That is all well and good as I understand you are saving money and dealing with staff shortages. Therefore, there need to be multiple towel racks that accommodate bath towels so that our towels can dry overnight. Whoever thought that three pegs right by the toilet would suffice? The stand-alone sink is aesthetically very pleasing, but our toothbrushes kept falling onto the floor. The outlets above the sink were situated just above the shelf, so it was very difficult to plug in the hairdryer. I honestly think that the people who design these facilities must not take into consideration how impractical they are.

The room was clean. Definitely the most comfortable bed in any hotel we had stayed in previously. Good hot breakfast to start the day off with. Good safe location. Will definitely stay there again.

Nothing, everything was great. The staff was friendly. You don’t need to bring shampoo, conditioner or bath soap. That is already supplied for you. Less to pack for.

It was convenient and quiet. We were traveling and booked at the last minute when we decided to stop. Breakfast was good.

The beds we're a little hard compared to most Hampton Inn's I've stayed at. The room took a few hours to cool off.

It was right off the interstate easy to find. The room was good size and updated. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The door let in hallway noise, which woke me up way too early.

your staff was the highlight of this stay. they had internet out and a water line had broken. your staff handled it with skill and still keep your visitors happy. front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and kind

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The kids enjoyed the pool.

For us the beds were too hard. We all woke up with our backs hurting.

Pamela made sure I got a disabled room and it was so much easier for me to maneuver.

1. The breakfast was underwhelming. 2. The shower curtain didn't keep the water inside the shower. Had to clean floor, so I wouldn't slip and fall. 3. Pillows, too small, too soft. 4. Pool hours. Why? Or at least until midnight and open at 6 am.

The hallways were beautiful! The room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent and filling. The staff was just as courteous and as pleasant as can be.

That I couldn’t stay longer!
