We had traveled all day, fighting traffic, unsettling weather and desire to get home. We stopped to eat and saw the place across the street. Looked up on phone and booked a room, Was welcomed in with a smile and quick check-in. The room was wonderful,-- comfy bed, good wi-fi and great shower. Breakfast was awesome , a great way to start the day. Staff were pleasant and professional and thanked us and wished us safe travels,

One employee was very rude. Curt when asked a question. Wish I had his name. Gave wrong info about a restaurant which we knew was wrong. When husband told him, he just repeated what he had already said. Very disrespectful. Acted like we were a bother. All other staff we interacted with were great. Bad apple ruins whole barrel as saying goes.

Breakfast and pool were great. Location was good for access to the lake and town. The shower was amazing. Staff were very nice and friendly.

The bed was so hard we had to go buy a mattress topper to sleep.

this is a convenient place to stay in the Arkadelphia area. It is usually clean and comfortable.

They are asking a lot more for a room at this hotel than others in the area. It used to be significantly better and cleaner than others but there is new competition and the cleanliness has fallen off a bit.

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended a great place to eat. Room was clean and very nice. Very comfortable bed and the shower was awesome.

there was no chair to the desk, the Keurig did not work, and the solution to a flashing light 24 hours a day on the phone was to have no phone in the room.

the pool was not overly chlorinated. the staff was friendly with everyone. surprised by the quality and variety of breakfast.

It was clean and attractive, a good value, and great location for a travel stopping point. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Loved the microwave, fridge, and Keurig in the room. The breakfast had healthy options available, such as the veggie and egg white omelette and fresh fruit. Cracker Barrel across the street was great for dinner. Loved it and will stay again!

The only thing I would say is that the front desk employee when we checked in was not very friendly or welcoming, but the people at breakfast and when we checked out were great. We had a great stay!

I only had one downfall, I booked a double bed room and they gave me a single bed. Unfortunately they were sold out and couldn't accommodate. I asked for a rollaway bed, but they don't have those.

I had been riding my motorcycle in the rain for two hours when I arrives. The check in staff was very nice. They allowed me to park my bike under the portico for the night, where it could dry off a bit and I could unload it out of the rain. That evening, I had many requests of them, and they were very helpful each time. They have wooden hangers that would support my wet and heavy riding gear. Right across the street was a gas station and also a nice restaurant. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was limited because of Covid, but still quite adequate. All good!
