The people who work at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. After a long day of travel, it is so nice to be met by friendly people. Everyone that we encountered and spoke with who works at the hotel was that way. Nice and happy to help if we needed anything or had any questions. Most industries (not just hotels) have staffing issues these days that affects the quality of everything, but this hotel is doing something right because they have better staffing than anywhere I've stayed in the last few years. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast offerings were restocked all throughout breakfast, so that later sleepers in my family had the same breakfast options as the early risers did. I only travel a couple times a year to visit family, but this was the best hotel experience I've had over the last few years and this will be the first place I look for a room next time I am visiting family again. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a bathroom sink that had a drainage issue, but the people who work at the front desk sent maintenance to fix it. Everyone that works there that we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. That makes a huge difference when there are issues (like a slow draining sink) that arise.

the little kitchen was great to have, the ice machine worked good, the location was good, the staff was fabulous. the room does what it needs to, it’s older so it’s expected to have wear & tear like it did.

the gym wasn’t well kept, treadmill actually had a slit in the walking pad, nothing to wipe equipment down with. the rooms had some lack to detail cleaning, not terrible just a bit which gave a kind of ick.

Our room was very large, with a king-size bed. Even though we didn't use the kitchen, we felt it was a nice addition. The pull-out work table gave us the flexibility to use the table for meals, for a computer table, or even a place to hold suitcases. We enjoyed the sofa, and we put our feet up and watched TV. The opportunity to use our phones instead of the remote to control the TV was cool. The pool looked inviting, and we liked the gas grill and picnic tables outside to use for a meal "al fresco." The breakfast was typical,, with sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, cereal, etc. Our room was quiet, and the bed was good.

The only negatives I can say are that the outside of the property needs better maintenance. The grass was not well-cared for and needed to be mowed and edged. You can see rust-colored drips on the building. Unfortunately the pool was closed for cleaning on the day we stayed, and we didn't see a hot tub. However, the property is better on the inside than the outside, and we enjoyed our time.

My wife and I were staying here for our anniversary trip. This hotel is very close to restaurants, shopping, and Walmart. This made it easy to eat and get food for our room. It is also less than 5 minutes away from a movie theater. The room was spacious and we both really enjoyed having a small kitchen in our room. The fridge was big and also had a freezer. The shower got hot almost immediately and stayed hot throughout showers. The water pressure was also very good. We didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast there, but we saw many people eating when we left each morning. The TV is nice and the room had a small desk.

When we checked in, the front desk clerk didn’t tell us when breakfast hours were or when checkout was. I think she was in a hurry to get us checked in, but she was friendly. The bathroom floor in our room could’ve been cleaner, but it was ok. The room was incredibly clean otherwise.

Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. This property is pet friendly and the fee was reasonable. There is a nice outdoor pool area with lots of seating

The grassy area around the property was covered in trash. The door to outside wouldn’t close which didn’t feel very safe.

the stay, itself, was fine. very comfortable and a good hot breakfast.

while we enjoyed our stay, the $150 hold on funds in case of ‘incidentals’ is excessive as well as unreasonable. it’s also not immediately refunded.

We stopped at this hotel on a road trip and we liked it so much we stopped there on the way back. They had the friendliest staff I've encountered in a hotel in a long time period the rooms were very comfortable and it had a nice pool and gym which we really enjoyed.

It was in a great location close to stores and restaurants. The staff was great and very considerate when I have to leave early due to an emergency. The rooms were clean.

Only thing I can say is to make sure the stoves are cleaned better because mine had grease on it and to check for trash under the beds.

I booked on line .it stated pet friendly but showed no added cost in the bill . when i arrived i was told of a $50 charge for our small dog . i should have been made aware of that when booking , and i usually pay $25 at other similar hotels

The breakfast was good. Jennifer at the desk was super nice and helpful when we checked in. She let us know aboiy everything we needed to know about the hotel. Only thing was the pool wasn't open but that was okay. The room was nice, I loved the full size refrigerator.
