From start to finish EVERYTHING was perfect! I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service like I’ve experienced here! Jay and the Ms Gabby (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was heaven sent! I wish it was a ten start rating because this hotel deserves it!!! the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways,and our room was amazing! the king size bed was super comfy along with the rest of the room! and I can’t leave out that good ole hot breakfast I was the first one in line my stay here every morning lol….amazing!!!!

everything was perfect

The room was nice and the bed super comfortable! My husband really enjoyed the breakfast and I enjoyed the coffee. He was happy once he got another remote control to the television, one that actually worked! The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. We will be back if we're ever in Little Rock again for weekend getaway.

The sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain as if it might have been stopped up or something. We was a little disappointed we couldn't get in the pool.

the room was good. the continental breakfast as plenty with biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage and etc. good secure area to park.

the interstate Highway was right beside the motel, which caused some truck noise in the room late at night. we couldn’t find a set down restaurant anywhere close to the motel, just fast food. the location looked to be a run down neighborhood.

It’s pet friendly with comfortable beds and free breakfast. They have 2 charging cables for your electric cars but unfortunately they were both taken when we got there. Their breakfast has an automatic pancake maker, that was something new!

The bathroom could be cleaner. we also didn’t have toilet paper but we arrived so late we just used tissues.

Good selection for this kind of breakfast. The location was easily accessible with multiple stores and restaurants nearby. .

The scrambled eggs were too dry so I could only force a couple of bites down because I needed the protein.

Check in was a breeze and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The beds were comfortable.

Not sure what happened but the bathtub had water in it and the floor towel was soaked. Not a big deal. Just drained the tub and hung the towel out of the way.

The desk clerk, Gabby H, went out of her way helping us to load and bring our cart to our room. She also helped us get a cart to our room the next morning. My husband is in a wheel chair and I am 72 so we really appreciated the help. In all of our traveling, we have never had a desk clerk take the time to help us!

nice location and friendly staff

By the time we got to breakfast, it was limited portions. They also need to apply more salt. we were they around an ice storm. Other than that, the place was awesome.

Convenient location, low road noise, comfortable bed, nice, fresh breakfast. The check in clerk, Jessie was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will stay there again

Friendly staff, helpful with tv remote when we were unable to fix it ourselves, liked pancakes over usual waffle option, able to park near our room

shower water was tooooo hot, breakfast looked recycled and not fresh (eggs, biscuits)
