We liked the downtown location. The room / bed was very comfortable . Also liked the couch and especially the balcony. Liked the mini fridge for convenience. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Did not like that there was no microwave or complimentary waffle/omelet bar options for breakfast. Also didn't like that the hotel bar charged us $50 for only 2 shots of tequila when we returned from my daughters wedding. And there was a power outage from approx 1:30am until about 6am from an overnight storm. The hotel has no generator therefore we had to open our balcony door to keep from roasting until the power came back on. That was a terrible experience and night of no sleep. But overall we enjoyed our 4 day stay even though we did check out a full day early to go home.

It was a very nice place convent as being almost in the middle of everything. Plenty to do.

I honestly only have 2 complaints. One is that the ac unit never actually seemed to cool off/keep the room comfortable. Second, the lady who initially checked me in seemed a little....not so friendly. I mentioned I was/needed to check in. She kind of rolled her eyes and drew a long sigh, as if I were bothering her or an inconvenience. I've worked customer service for some time, and that is no way to initially treat someone who spent the last 10 hours driving. I understand people have bad days, but at least put on a smile when dealing with customers. It's not just your reputation that you're trying to uphold.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby is pretty and we'll maintained. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The bistro breakfast was very good and a good value. The location is convenient.

I was under the impression my room would have a balcony and it was very disappointing to see we didn't have one. For 200 a night I expected a nicer room, but it was very basic with no real room amenities that made it worth the price I paid.

The room was nice; it was very quiet and we heard no noise from other rooms or from guests in the hallway. AND the fact that dogs were allowed was great! (though we never heard them if any of them and their owners were on our floor).

It would have been really nice to have all-day complimentary 'no name' coffee; not a fan of Starbucks. Also, complimentary laundry service or at a cheaper price would have been a plus.

The room was spacious and set up more like home vs a hotel room.

Our room ac did not maintain a cold area. At best it was cool but not working correctly. We did let the front desk staff know after the first night but as far as I was notified no one check on the issue.

Check in was very easy. Rooms were clean. Would stay there again. We were there on the 4th of July. This hotel is in walking distance to the River Park so we were able to walk to the park and to watch a great fireworks display.

Room was quiet and ac worked great. I needed things i forgot , was helped quickly. Very clean and nice. Great location.

Breakfast you paid for. It should have been complimentary, not good enough to pay for. The bathtub drain stop was broken. In their defense i never complained about it. I rigged it to work.

Some false advertising. The rooms are NOT soundproof as they stated. My wife and I were going at it like drunk monkeys, loud as can be. And when we stopped for a moment, we could hear people talking and laughing in the hallway. which means they could hear us.

Breakfast was good I just wasn’t prepared to pay on Saturday. Sunday was free.

Pricing for a beer and a bottle of water was outrageously high in my opinion.

Everything was exceptionally amazing! It was in a perfect location of the music venue we were going to that we were able to walk there.

There was nothing not to like.
