Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Smith

Room was a good size and clean, breakfast was ok but not very good, public areas of the hotel were well kept and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Masking mandates were not present, social distancing was not adhered to by others at the hotel or staff. Even though during our stay there was an increase or 75% in Covid cases, in the state of Arkansas, during a two week period. I lay the lack of health concerns at the feet of Marriott who choses to disregard constant changing health conditions in areas where there are Marriott facilities and there failure to take appropriate action.

We thought we would have a full breakfast, but it was continental instead.

No eletrical outlet by the bed for a CPAP machine.

The room and bathroom was nice and clean. No complaints about our room. I appreciated the extra towels.

The pool was tiny and packed. We couldn't even get in it. I did not like the breakfast at all. I was very disappointed. I am picky about my breakfast. Others with us enjoyed the breakfast.

The property was new and smelled amazing when we walked in.

Breakfast was less than desirable. They stopped serving at 9 am, that’s way too early when you travel and get in late. Coffee selection was plain, plain, and plain. No special creamers or anything out of the ordinary, like other hotels in this area and price range. They did not have a grab and go with biscuits or anything warm, more of a continental style. Had a waffle maker but as we arrived at 0855, they were stacking chairs on tables and closing the area. Huge disappointment as will not stay again for this reason.

very clean, comfortable beds, I loved spacious bathroom. Tv had good options, we connected our Netflix and watched our favorite shows. Breakfast was great and staffs refill all items right away. for the price I personally think it was great deal. staffs were really friendly. I recommend this place.

I wish they could keep a tip jar somewhere around breakfast counter. not something I hate but small recommendation.

Room was very clean and a very comfortable bed with fine linen. The pillows were the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on. The color scheme was appealing and soothing after a very long day traveling. The bathroom was AMAZING

The room was very clean and comfortable.

When we checked in the original room that we booked was supposed to be a king room but when we got to our room it was a double bed room. But staff got it fixed right away.

Breakfast was good but missed hot things like biscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs. Nice choice of juices and breakfast sandwiches though.

Breakfast wonderful considering the covid restrictions. Staff was professional and curious!! Room was spotless with wonderful shower! Beds are firm. I ran to Walmart and grabbed an egg crate foam for my sensitive back. My husband likes firm mattresses. Location was very convenient. I will return!

Check in was a dream

This location is convenient & quiet. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. Breakfast exceeds our expectations with great choices. Our favorite place to stay
