The facility & room were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. A hair dryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, and microwave were available in the room...I wasn't sure from what I saw on the website description. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The breakfast area was monitored so the food was replenished and the tables were cleared and kept clean.

It would be more convenient if there was an ice machine on every floor. This may be an odd thing to report, but the toilet in our room was very low and was difficult to get up from...I'm in my mid-60s and usually don't have an issue on regular toilets in public restrooms.

Upon arrival into the room, we found a half eaten salad in the fridge and the housekeeper dust rag on a counter. There were several guests attending a convention in town so breakfast was extremely hectic. There was no other staff member except the person in the breakfast area directing them to a special room set up for them so there was really no room for other guests. There is also only 1 elevator in the building so when the facility is full we found it was difficult to get our luggage from the 4th floor having to wait up to 15 minutes for the elevator. The cost was also an issue…why $184 for 1 night. Was it because it was a Friday?

I had problems with trying to schedule through IHG and somehow it ended up through booking.com. I wanted to book next location of Memphis through the front desk and they stated they would have to do it online just like me. This is a loss of keeping a loyal customer within your system. Ended up staying at another hotel chain.

From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell this place was immaculate! Absolutely loved the pristine, clean rooms! Beds were comfortable and love the pillows! Carolyn and a new young lady were very accommodating and check in was a breeze! Give your housekeepers a raise!!! Love this Hotel!

This hotel was in a good location off the highway so it was easy to get to. The staff was friendly, the entire hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The best part was the shower! Well the bathroom itself was what you would expect from this type of hotel but the shower heads were amazing. I don’t know if it was because we had a wheelchair accessible room but there were 2 shower heads and they were large. The one was like a rain shower the other a large handheld and combined it was the best shower I had in a long time. Loved it.

Room was clean. Service was good.

Jets in the tub didn't look very clean, and tub spit out brown water. There was a birthday party in the pool area, and it was so loud we could hear it on the 2nd floor in our room while trying to nap. I don't think it was quite worth the price.

The hotel was fabulous it smelled amazing like a spa, the staff were great even the guests were all happy.

The towels were very rough the toilet paper was very rough we had to buy our own and the value compared to what was around it was quite high

The hot tub was amazing. It was quite a decent getaway

I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Which is concerning because all we did was sleep there was no damage to the room or anything at all.

Superb location, easy access to our main route of travel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and facilities. Thanks!
