The hotel was right off I-40 with easy access to and from I-40 with not much traffic. The parking lot was very easy to access with a truck and horse trailer along with exiting. We liked that the casino was busy, but not shoulder to shoulder crammed packed. Also, the casino had people smoking in it, but the smell of smoke didnt knock you down when you came in the door, nor when more people showed up that night. I liked it was near a gas station to get gas and snacks before hitting the road, and across the road had a restaurant that must've been great bc the parking lot was full of cars. There was lots of security around and we could see most of the parking lot even the trucker parking area where we had to park our truck & horse trailer. The all you could eat buffet had a great supper for $20 and the cafe had huge breakfast for under $20. We stayed Sat. So the live band did an awesome job. Most machines were allowing people to win. The hotel manager put us and our friends right across the hallway from each other. Most of all our rooms were spectacular! They were SMOKE FREE! Absolutely....NO SMOKE SMELL😍. The bed was super comfy and the shower was HUGE! Love the fact that everything was very clean.

Although the band was amazing, the loudness could've been taken down a knotch or two. It was really too loud to sit and listen directly in front of the band. We chose to sit in the Cafe area and listen to the band to soften the loudness a little.

We enjoyed the Market place buffet 1 night it was good. The buffet wasn't open on Monday. Do think they have a breakfast buffet, but got breakfast on Monday at the Grab & Go restaurant that was very tasty and the portions were huge. The pancakes were as big as a salad plate, vrey fluffy too! I had the farmers market bowl it had no meat but I didn't miss it at all there was so much I only eat half.

They didn't have a microwave in the room which was surprising as it had a small fridge. I could have saved the rest of my breakfast if they'd had one in the room.

Very nice and stylish room, very clean and comfortable. We always stay here when visiting our son the goes to UArk. Better than staying in Fayetteville and cuts an hour off on the drive back to DFW. Safe parking for your car too with all of the casino security and they have a parking garage if weather is bad.

Have stayed there multiple times on weekdays and only the one cafe has ever been open. Would like more in-hotel restaurant options, perhaps the other restaurants are only open on the weekend - I didn’t ask. Don’t expect to win any money at the casino either, machines are tight.

The check in process was quick. The gal at the desk was very informative and polite. The room was amazing! So spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. And all of this at a casino! Not only a great place to stay but also a great place to be entertained. The food was also amazing! Best breakfast sandwiches!

We had a lot of personal items with us and the hotel does not allow use of the dolly in their hotel area. Security had to take it, which we chose not to do because we would have been separated from our belongings.

Comfortable and CLEAN. Beautiful room and the SHOWER was fabulous!!! Huge bonus compared to rooms I've stayed at in neighboring towns for business.

Booked two rooms online and had confirmation for both - however the hotel could not find the 2nd reservation. Couldn't honor the online price and booked at the on-site rate for 2nd room... it was only $20 so it wasn't that big of a deal for me. I used a third party booking app - that may be where the problem stemmed from. In any event - no skin off my back. Our stay was restful - which is what we needed.

The rooms are very large and so clean. You can not go wrong with the cost of the rooms. What a value, we travel across the country and this is one of our best stops.

Breakfast is not offered and I think that you can pay for breakfast, I'm not too sure about this ? One other thing is that the pillows are not the most comfortable. Other than that, there is not a lot to complain about.

The buffet is an excellent value, and the food on offer was quite good. The night of our stay they were serving slow smoked Flank Steak and a smoke whole hog carvery station. Very tasty.

The room although well-appointed and comfortable was right behind the elevator machine shaft. Room 413, I would suggest asking for a different room if you are a light sleeper. There is a lot of foot traffic and a slight machinery sound. I sleep like the dead and it wasn't an issue for me personally, but my wife was stirring.

Everything was right there! Ate at Grab and Go. The French Dip was excellent, the potato soup was too thick and more like mashed potatoes and could have been served hot not luke warm. The girl that waited on us was very sweet and personable. She gets 5 stars!

The morning staff were not as friendly as the night staff. The two girls behind the registration desk could use some people skills.

This one security guard started yelling at us because we were taking alcohol back to our hotel room and just kept yelling at us like we were doing something illegal. No where in there policies does it say no outside alcohol. The casino manager Elaine was sweet and apologized. She also gave me and my husband a free buffet voucher. I hope they talk to him and tell him it ain’t that serious. He really needs better people skills. Blonde short guy with glasses.

Great location for our plans in Ft. Smith, AR. The room was nice with a great layout. By appearances, I would have expected to pay more. Very happy with the accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. Free parking garage is a plus.

I didn't experience anything negative. The staff was informative and professional. Didn't use the dining facilities, so I cannot speak to that. The general area outside the casino/hotel looks a little run down, but the Cherokee property itself is nice.
