Quirky and privately owned motel that I intend to stay at any time I am headed this way. Exactly what you expect and hope for from a cheap motel. A clean comfortable room with microwave, fridge, large TV with tons of channels, and a coffee maker. Straightforward and simple. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

No objections. Next to a 24 hour McDonald’s, and extremely well lit for good vehicle security.

It was the nicest ever at this price! There was coffee in the room, enough chairs so that we did not have to sit on the bed a refrigerator, and a microwave. It was very clean and comfortable. I usually stay overnight either going or coming to the Little Rock airport because I do not drive on the highway after dark. Now I have found the perfect place to stay. It is next to a McDonald's for getting coffee.

There was nothing to not like. It is great for the price.

I really like the staff here and the owner they are very respectful and they professional I also like the housekeepers they also remain professional and take their job seriously and clean the rooms good. And most importantly they have no bugs : ! Or have unnecessary commotions. I recommend a lot of people to stay here

That they don't have a Jacuzzi

Very clean and very friendly at the desk. I will admit I wasn't sure about staying here and passed up making reservations multiple times. But when I finally did I was not let down. Will def be staying here more often and use as extended stays if need to. Glad I finally made a reservation.

Very friendly staff, he put me on an end room promising me a quiet night and it was a very quiet and peaceful night! Location and price was unbeatable! I believe that if they would just maintain and spruce up the paint and update the interior they would probably have at least an 8 star rating

Good price with McDonald's next door and gas stations across the street. Right of I 440,. Price was really good and the staff were nice. Thinks we're neat inside.

Older areas appear to be updating, I think. Rust outside on metal areas, bed was okay but not comfortable, only 3 small pillows for a king bed.

Everything was great including staff and very professional and never had unnecessary commotion and I never seen not one bug that's a big plus the location is very convenient you have a gas station and a McDonald's in the interstate right there beside you

I like the hospitality I like how convenient it is to have something to eat right next door and a gas station across the street

The staff was very very nice!

The light outside the window was a bit bright to sleep in (even with blinds drawn). The room was clean, except for under the bed. There was one live roach and many bug feces on the bedframe. There was also a plastic sack of something long rotten (no odor, but not great to see).

I love how friendly and courteous the staff are! I’m on crutches and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a downstairs room and that I was comfortable
