This hotel has added modern features, more plugs new bathroom sink etc. it was nice to see that breakfast is good. The dove soap bars are beautiful. It’s a very comfortable bare bones room. Very safe and cozy.

They could not find our next reservation! Breakfast could be until 9:30 but it’s only 9. The sofa bed mattress needs replacing it is very stained. Some of our Carpet needs a good stain cleaning.

The location was great for leaving for the airport. We took their shuttle and left our car at the hotel for a nominal fee.

There was some confusion when we returned and wanted to get picked up and return to the hotel to get our car. Apparently, their shuttle driver was not end so they sent a different shuttle to pick us up but didn't tell us so we had to call the hotel again. We waited 30 minutes before calling them. They should have taken our contact information when I called the first time. We were in no rush so it was not a problem.

Room inside hotel. Was given ground floor and didn’t have to walk to far to the entrance. Didn’t hear any planes and was extremely quiet. I loved that check out was twelve even though we left at eleven. I slept ten hours as the bed was comfortable and no noise. Didn’t hear cars outside too. Would stay again if we our in Little Rock.

No vent in bathroom

Room was very efficiently appointed. Bed extremely comfortable. Lighting in bathroom was super great, and there were hooks in all the convenient places for hanging items..

I had to leave too early to have breakfast. It would be nice if you could put out some pastries at 5 AM

Clean, great desk person

We went down to breakfast at 8:15 hardly any Food, couple behind us had no choices and woman working breakfast just past it over and wouldn’t do anything to cook for them. She should be let go. Horrible attitude telling them and us we should have gotten down sooner. When what she cooks is gone it’s GONE! Pissed me off more than the people behind us that had no eggs or sausages. Now way to treat clients especially at this price.

Breakfast good. Location was excellent, needed to be close to airport for flight.

Water dripping from A/C vent with bathroom trash can catching water when we first walked in.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and accommodating. Great customer service.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no vending machines.

The hotel itself was fine

At 830, breakfast was out of eggs and none were added even though breakfast ran til 9. Handicap accessible room requested. Room was very far from elevator, more than half way down long corridor. Not in a wheelchair, the walk was awful my mobility issues. I didn't try to use pool or fitness room due to the hike.
