Comfort Inn & Suites Little Rock Airport

The people who run this hotel have obviously paid attention to the needs of people staying near the airport. The rooms are clean. The bar grille is open from 4 am breakfast til 9:15 pm. The customers come back because it feels like home. The lobby has a super welcoming yet safe and respectful atmosphere. The store has frozen meals, snacks, and any toiletry you might have forgotten. The halls are dingy, but rooms bright and updated. Airplane noise is not an issue either, and free shuttle is ready when you are. I've stayed in the higher chain hotel nearby, but will definitely return to this Comfort Inn instead.

Good location, less than 1 km from the airport terminal with a convenient shuttle. The hotel had a fresh, clean feel. The staff were great. The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast (by the standards of US motels): almost entirely ultra-processed, but tasty! Coffee available 24 hours in lobby. Very good WiFi.

No safe in the room. No shower gel in the bathroom - just a tiny soap. The towels were replaced despite being hung on the rail. There was a huge amount of single-use plastic at breakfast. The sound-proofing isn't great.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable, check in was very easy, as was check out. Room was spacious. For being so close to the airport it was very quiet. Loved the mini waffle maker. Would stay here again.

The 3rd floor hallway smelled heavily of urine. Thankfully our room did not smell this way. One of the wash rags in our room was dirty, sheet on one of the beds had clumps of red gunk on it. Bathtub had a used bandaid in it and there was a light red stain running into the bathroom (unsure what it was). There was a jeep parked in front of the rear loading and unloading area the entire time we were there. Very little lighting in the kitchen area.

Convenient to the airport, with a very quick (free) transfer service. Fantastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (self service, good variety of options) and we also ate in the restaurant/bar area in the evening - quick service and good food that was perfect for what we wanted and needed (not a huge selection of options, but a variety catering for different requirements/tastes).

Nothing - perfect for myself and my daughter when transferring at the airport.

Super comfortable beds with lovely duvets, as in Europe, rather than blankets. Good breakfast. Shuttle to/from the airport on demand. (Mostly) wonderful staff. Reliable WiFi.

The property is not environmentally responsible. Toiletries come in single-use plastic bottles. Plastic knives, forks and spoons are individually wrapped in plastic film, as are the single-use plastic beakers. Guests tip all their trash, including food waste, into the recycling bin.

the best thing about the stay was the shuttle to/from the airport. It was so convenient and efficient. I want to thank Herman for picking up my sons for me! also, the little in-house restaurant was really good and reasonable priced.

The rooms could be cleaned better. The doors were filthy (in two rooms) where people put their hands — dirt all up and down the door. I had to clean it myself because I hated putting my hand where someone else’s filthy hands had been.

Hotel manager was friendly and efficient and helped me to get the free shuttle both in getting back to the hotel after returning the rental car late at night and in getting to the airport the following morning for our 6:00 am flight home. The hotel is less than a mile from the airport terminal and rental car return, but the free shuttle is absolutely essential; it could be hazardous to walk along the busy airport road even without luggage. The shuttle was available early in the morning.

No fault of the hotel, but many gas stations close to the hotel along a major interstate highway do not stay open after dark.

The location was perfect - so close to the airport which was perfect for late arrival/very early departure from the Little Rock airport. Room was very clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that I could order dinner after a long day and enjoy it in my room.

The decorative draperies in the room were coming off. I think previous guests were confused by the decorative drapes and pulled them down instead of the actual drapes closer to the window.

Actually, it was great except the shuttle is not available at all hours.. did not spend a lot of time there as i decided to locate relatives and they were annoyed that I had a hotel already.,,so i left after checking in and showering... but the location, price, and staff were pretty good. coffee was 24 hrs. wifi was great.. room was spacious and clean , shower has a good strong stream.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. I met a lady who was working in bar/food area she had a unique name and she was so kind and we talked for awhile. We talked about my sister and her family moving to Arkansas which my sis has 12 children. I was suppose to let her know the city she lived in which is Rose Bud if someone can let her know. I want to say her name started with an N. Older lady with short salt and pepper hair, I had gotten dinner special. She really made me feel so welcomed. And the man who checked me out was such a gentlemen and very kind. Wow'd Service!!
