The bed was decently comfortable. The breakfast was really good. The showers were amazing with good water pressure. It was really clean. The TV was really big too.

It was hot in the room even with the ac full blast. It took several hours for it to cool off. The fridge didn't work that was in the room, but since we were only staying the night, we didn't bother to say anything. The pictures of the pool on the website were huge, but in real life it was tiny. Super small pool for a 4 story hotel. They told us the pool would be open at 4, then 5, then later, after waiting an hour and a half, we decided to go do something else in town. They're not very accommodating. The location takes a bit to get to. It's close to the airport and that is about it.

Very convenient to Little Rock Airport. The shuttle bus was convenient and flexible. The beds were comfortable.

Literally everything but the scrambled eggs were individually wrapped in excessive amounts of cellophane - very wasteful and someone had to handle every piece of sliced bread to make that happen. Also, the front lobby was being mopped at check out time with THE MOST slippery cleaning agent. I mentioned to the front desk that it was so slippery that even the yellow "caution - wet" signs were not sufficient - we had to shuffle along very slowly to reach the exit. She didn't care.

Great location near airport with a shuttle that runs both very early and very late. We called after an arrival at 11:30pm and they sent a shuttle for us. The staff at the front desk and shuttle driver were pleasant. Breakfast is nothing spectacular, but was adequate (eggs, sausage, prepackaged muffins and bagels, cereal, apples, oranges, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, & milk) and has very early hours (4:30am), which was great when one of us awoke unreasonably early due to jetlag. There is also outside seating attached to the breakfast room for those who prefer to eat outside. We have stayed here twice - once for a really early flight and once after a really late flight. This has definitely become our go-to hotel when flying in and out of Little Rock at difficult hours.

The room we stayed in was clean, but the breakfast room needed closer attention to cleanliness. It had a lot of crumbs and sticky spots by 8:45am and we had to look for someone to restock the plates. This is the only thing that keeps this hotel from getting the top score for us.

The location was very convenient for a stopover stay on our way from Texas to Virginia. The area was very safe feeling and the hotel itself was very clean. Everyone was very friendly.

The bed was not very comfortable (for us as side sleepers). I think this comes down to a preference more than an across the board negative. We just prefer more plush mattresses.

Pretty much everything. The ladies on 1st shift was very very friendly. Great customer service and accommodating.

The air was not too good at all. Maybe it's a Fairfield thing because I had the same issue in VA at Fairfield. The lady on 3rd shift wasn't rude, but she surely wasn't friendly. Bathroom sink and toilet roll casing was broke n kinda botched together.

The location is great, quite close to the airport with a shuttle that runs whenever you need it. Breakfast was very plentiful and the great thing is that it starts already at 430 am. So if you have an early flight, you can get a good warm breakfast and catch the shuttle. The hotel is quite new so everything is very clean and in good condition.

Great location, near Little Rock airport. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very new. The beds were oh, so soft - it was very hard to get out of bed and get the day started….wanted to lounge in those comfy beds all day. Breakfast was good. The grab and go cafe had a good selection of items to choose from. The bar menu was good too. The bartender was a hoot….she was so friendly!

Even though it was close to the airport, it was very quiet! Did not hear planes at all. Enjoyed the lobby bar and grill. Delicious cheeseburgers and fries after a long day of travel.

The shower needed some repairs and cleaning. A bit of mildew was evident in the grout and the ledge was damaged.

There was no staff at desk multiple times in the afternoon when I attempted to check in - I waited in lobby (around 3pm) for 20 minutes before a staff member came from aback office to service my check in process.
