American Canyon is located near many places, but it's not a particular place to want to visit. In other words, if you want to visit Mare Island then you wouldn't have far to go. Same could be said about nearby wineries like Chardonnay.

There really isn't anything I didn't like. The pool was available, the room clean. The room was quiet even though I had a room facing the street. The front desk folks were very accommodating and friendly.

Location is closest to Napa in American Canyon of hotels available. Was pleasantly surprised by hotel. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Hot breakfast was a bonus. Front desk staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Other staff always acknowledged guests when we went by. Laundry room available at reasonable cost.

Limited restaurant offerings unless you drive up to Napa (about 25 minutes away and highway is very dark).

It was good and the location was convenient.

The housekeeping staff tried to enter our room without knocking and I was getting dressed.i told the to get out and closed the door. One of the ladies apologized later when we passed in the hall. She was sincere and I accepted her apology but it shouldn't have happened in the 1st place.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Room was nice, clean and good pillows. Fridge and microwave in the room. Only downfall long walk down hallway to second floor room. Next time I will call and request short walk to elevator cause I'm older! It was great!!! Ty holiday inn!! 😁

The location was great for what i wanted to do, the room was wonderful, lots of hot water for our showers, It was nice and clean. I don't use the wifi so i can not tell you about it. all in all , we enjoyed the stay, i wished we could have stayed longer.

There wasn't anything i didn't like.

The room was nicely updated and was perfect for our family Of 2 adults, 2 children, and a newborn baby. The white noise from the air conditioner was perfect for the baby to sleep And there was even a desk lamp with different dimming levels that worked perfectly as a nightlight. The room was clean and the bedding was Comfortable. Small details such as the besthe bench in the room that had hooks above it to hang our Coats and bags what's a was appreciated feature. Our kids loved That they could buy snacks downstairs in the lobby And the room had a microwave and Mini fridge which was so awesome for us. The location was also great with lots of restaurants in the area. We stayed in this hotel to be close to 6 flags amusement park and it was a great location. The free breakfast was so nice as well in the morning. The staff did a great job keeping the food replenished.

Everything was super nice and clean, not to mention the great breakfast I had while staying at Holiday Inn. Very convenient place to stay at, shopping centers and food close by the area.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The beds are SO comfortable. The breakfast options were good. The hotel was very clean.

Not a big deal, but they had to make some changes to our rooms. Ended up with a rollaway bed instead of hide-a-bed sofa. They gave us 20% discount for the change which I appreciated.

Very poor, lot of sugar and no nutrition

They ask us for a deposit we did not spend anything but they did not refund us the money, and it was not in Napa really. you have to explain that ti customers

I have stayed there many times! My favorite part is going down for breakfast and hearing the morning staff greet each other, I have not seen a more professional happy group of people in a long time!
