The staff was amazing! I checked in at 3am and the clerk was handling multiple tasks while checking is in. The key card machine wasn’t ready irking so he had to manually open the door for us all while in the line with technical assistance on how to fix the key card machine. The next morning the machine was working and we were able to bet a key card.
The drawers were not cleaned . There was dog hair I. The dresser drawers and in the carpet. I used my own blankets because I have allergies and was afraid to sleep in the blankets after seeing the dresser drawers. I ended up having to take a breathing treatment before going to bed due to the presence of a dog in the room prior to my stay.

Always a pleasure to come back to this place! Good value for money and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. close to shops and restaurants.
We miss the jacuzzi :( Also the lobby can smell really bad sometimes even though it says no smoking.

The facility provided a delicious breakfast that was included in the price. There's an adequate gym and pool if you need to get a workout in. The room was large, but not updated. The tv is small in comparison to other hotels.
We were going to a few wineries in/around Napa. The location was 30-45 mins away from most of the places we were visiting. There isn't a ton around except a grocery store and a few fast food restaurants. Couldn't get an Uber/Lyft to come get us so we had to have a DD.

It was very clean and most of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped, our bathtub wasn’t functional as it was stuck in shower mode. We witnessed the gentleman who appeared to be the manager have a melt down about finding things needed for breakfast service, he didn’t acknowledge us or advise that breakfast would be late.

The staff was great! I spoke with Shelby when we checked in. She was very helpful. I miss order my room and need a roll away bed. Megan was clocking off but offered to help. She got me the bed and lien on when she was scheduled to be off. What a great staff they were so helpful. The room was quiet and well-stocked with coffee.
