The manger Jesse was really understanding and respectful and listens to me when I first arrive there was some issues.he took the time out and made things better I felt safe at night and felt like they really did care about our stay.out of all the hotels in Vallejo if ur a normal person this is the best place family setting no illegal activities loudly speaking people all night I will recommend coming here

The staff was SUPER nice during our visit. Our room was a nice size.

We didn't like the beds in our room...to hard. The room had a little patio but it had cigarette butts from prior guests.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Apparently the place has a new owner and is updating it, but I had an un-updated room that was a bit worn and shabby. Bed fair. Was pretty clean, just worn. Also, a lot of freeway noise and thumping from the room above at all hours.

It was next to McDonald's. It had a gate you had to go through to get access to the room doors.

The maintenance of the place is no good. The cleanliness was not very good. My daughter asked if she was being pranked when we walked in. There was no coffee available which seems like that should be a minimum expectation. Luckily we were there less than 12 hours with just needing a place to get some sleep. I could not see myself or my family staying multiple days at this property.

wrong room, filthy rooms, holes in the walls, unsafe cabled dangling, stained towels and bedding, cigarette burned bedding, cigarette smoke smelling room when non smoking was requested, and a lot of junk yard stuff in the back parking lot from tenants living there full time, loud people and noises all night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. bad experience. Careless staff.

They threatened to kick us out the first morning we were there because we were talking on the balcony at 9 in the morning and the lady next to us had a tooth ache and was screaming out on her balcony about dogs barking, how much she paid for this place, how she can't sleep, etc. Her man kept having to come pull her back in telling her she's being too loud and going to wake people up 🙄 And when they came to confront us they didn't have the decency to call or knock on our door. They yelled at us from the courtyard. This was the first we had heard an "official" complaint at us. Why are we getting yelled at for chatting on our balcony but the lady screaming doesn't get talked to at all? And we asked when is quiet hours? He answered until at least noon so people can sleep in. Of it was really that important, you'd think they would tell us these rules at check in. Well, the next night there was a lovely party that went clear until past 3am. I still don't know why we were singled out. Because we were quiet? Because we didn't complain about the cigarette smell in the non smoking room? No clue. But management seems to live there. And there was a balcony across from ours who would let their dogs out to pee and poop on the balcony. Piles and piles of poop. But the middle aged ladies sitting talking is just too much for these people.
