The young woman who checked us in is lovely. She is professional, funny and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and my daughter loved the waffle bar and all of the many choices. The pool and hot tub was a great treat after the gymnastics competition. Also love that the hotel is pet friendly.

The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable, lumpy and slanted down on one end. My daughter used extra pillows to help the comfort factor. I would also recommend a soap dish so the counter does not get all wet and soapy after washing your hands.

Breakfast was great the food was great. The staff made sure everything was fully stocked and available and was very friendly.

Next time we will book a bigger room, other than that there isn’t really anything negative to say about our stay. We stayed in the queen suite with 2 adults and 2 younger kids and we definitely should have book the king suite for more room.

Great location for us to travel in to San Francisco. The 2 male members of staff at check in were a credit to your company, they were cheerful and asked us questions about where we’d been and going on to and gave us great advice.

The breakfast wasn’t great, no sausage, burnt bacon.. it wasn’t the best I’m afraid.

The indoor pool was a nice touch to the hotel. but not very clean.

The property itself had a weird odor, seems they are renovating the inside of the hotel so some walls are not done, wall paper was missing, smells like paint in the hallway of the first floor. The hotel room itself was ok. Bathroom was not clean. Complementary breakfast was good but kept getting stared at by the staff like I was stealing food not a comfortable feeling. I checked in at 2am due to travel so told staff the room was not to clean upon check inbStaff didn't seem to care to much about my concerns. Very Glad it was only a one night stay definitely not a welcoming environment.

This is the best hotel ever for me and my family.Ive been staying with you guys many but many times as it's always meet my expectations.A big shout to Asia and Kaleem who are exceptional definitely their attention and care its the best given into all the hotels I've been staying before!Thank you Stabridge for the excellence❤

The rooms that I've been staying are not well cleaned ,I didn't complained about it as this is my favorite hotel,but a little bit of improvement would be much appreciated

The whole place is always amazing for our family get ❤️ kids swim we have 3 babies and we can relax and bbq and let the kids be kids. Make for a non stressful get together ❤️

Nothing to say bad except that the 4efe4idwratior di leak water in my Birthday cake my daughter bought me and we never got to eat the cake.

The breakfast was wonderful in the morning. All amenities including the spa and pool were great. Room was a good size for 3 adults. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and approachable.

I have nothing about our stay that we didn't like.

indoor heated pool, staff was pleasant and answered phone timely. bed slept comfortably. pillows are soft as I would think a cloud would be. Hot Breakfast was “OK”. Pool and hot tub were immaculate.

There was a big hole in couch on end of cushion. I brought my own Lysol and cloth, wasn’t filthy but there was dust and hair as I wiped things down. consider adding bacon and replenishing oatmeal until breakfast is over.

the large spacious rooms were perfect for my family! I loved that everything was connected you didn’t have to go outside to access the pool.

the items for sale in the lobby where very over priced 😬 and the side door were poorly lite at night.

Everything, this will be my preferred place to stay. Everything from the staff, to the room, to the swimming area was fantastic.
