Great location. Easy to get in and out of (both walking and in vehicles). The parking lot was secure and I didn't have to worry about our rental car at all. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Disney in the morning (a little far after a full day of walking around the parks lol).

We had a door into the room next to us and we could hear the occupants fairly well. Great if you know the people on the other side of the door... not so much for complete strangers. Not the fault of the hotel at all- it was an easy fix with putting a rolled up towel at the base of the door.

I loved how close it was to Disneyland, a short walk so I did not have to take the shuttle. I loved the pool, as it was never busy during the day, nice to play in with my daughter and had plenty of area to sit out as well. Will stay here again if the price is right.

refrigerator temperature was not adjustable and it froze my drinks and food. overall, not a big deal, just would like to have the option of adjusting the temperature myself. I also hate paying for parking. It just means that you really have to plan on an extra $20/day for your room price, why not just include it?

Hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Great view of the nearby Disneyland fireworks from the hotel balcony at 9:30pm.

Room was advertised as "1 King-size bed, and one sofa bed" , and "4 guests max, with a maximum of 4 adults", but that turned out to be somewhat wishful thinking: It turned out that the pull-out sofa bed was VERY narrow, probably single-size, and there's absolutely no way it would sleep more than one person unless they are toddlers. So unless you were either planning to share the king-size bed with three people or bring along your own air mattress, there is no way to sleep four in the room which is advertised for 4 adults. (Most other hotels we've used have a full-sized or even queen-sized pullout, this was very significantly smaller) Breakfast not included

My favorite part of our experience there was Jeremy, he had more than exceptional customer service from the time I walked into the door, til we checked out. When I came in, I was trying to narrow down the room accommodations for my family, he helped me find the right room for us, he walked us to our room after we got lost trying to find it. He was helpful In providing information for when we needed anything like towels, blankets and pool fun. He was so engaging when we left, he made us comfortable the entire time and welcomed. Great service Jeremy!

it was great proximity to the park, the fact that they had a park shuttle was the cherry on top of a great stay. the hotel room was quite nice, comfy & spacious! as well as very helpful & friendly staff :)

the bathroom wasn’t my favorite. the shower area in particular, the no door to the walk in shower just made for a very wet floor on the outside of the shower area. plus there was no fan in the bathroom so it would steam up the mirror right away and just make it very humid in the bathroom while we were trying to get ready.

The rooms were spacious. The rooms opened to the outside; therefore it made the fifth floor the perfect location to watch the Disneyland park firework show.

The location was over Highway 5 on the South Harbor road. So we had to cross the on and off ramp traffic on our walk to the Disneyland parks. Not a big deal; however, that hump over the highway seems like a long way when it's 90+ degree weather and you've been walking for hours in the park. Plus, I notice a homeless tent below the start of the bridge. Still, it's pretty safe as there's always people walking to and from Disneyland.

water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but it was okay.

It was very dusty the room and I was disappoint because one of my kids has asthma but I was so tired to call at 1 o’clock in the morning when I came from Disney to tell them to come and dust for the price I pay a spec board cleanest the bathtub it was dusty inside the refrigerator it was dirty and a lot of dust around and on top the furniture no trash bags

The pool doesn’t have enough towels I brought my own towels because I always know in case of an emergency and he was a Lotta mess outside the pool really dirty I understand it’s not about the stuff is the people with maintenance is really important

The pool and hot tub were nice. The older man at front desk was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was very good.

It was more than 15 minutes to Disneyland, up over a freeway. Had to pay for a bus. Should have a shuttle to and from the airport. Had to spend $100 on Uber. I thought the room would be clean on 3rd day but it wasn't. People were in the pool very late, 1 or 2am. Couldn't sleep because of the noise. Thought it closed at 11pm. Bathroom was never open at the pool. I wish the water pressure was better in our room.

The location is great if you wan’t to go to Disney during your stay. The pool was also nice and the room was big with a sink/mirror outside of the bathroom which is great for travelling with a group.

The shower didn’t drain and the water wouldn’t get hot either (stuck at luke warm). The staff did offer to let us switch rooms, but it would have been ideal if the showers are checked before check ins.
