Great location, 10-15 min walk to the gate. Breakfast room spacious and good selection. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Room service daily. Valet service is convenient if you don’t need to get into your vehicle daily.

No option for self parking, must pay the valet/park service of $30 per day. Room adjacent to highway so could hear all the road noise. Not good for light sleepers. Would be nice to have water refill station in the breakfast room instead of the gym area.

From the phone calls BEFORE arriving, Jon(Mata) was helpful, friendly and accommodating!!! We got there with our whole family and friends, got us rooms near each other, greeted all the kids and made us feel at home!!! We had strollers and a scooter delivered to us there, had them ready before we left to Disneyland early!!! Beds are COMFORTABLE, room is big!!! Double beds and sofa bed!!! Good size fridge and sink to rinse our baby bottles, room was CLEAN, fresh towels every morning...EVERY single person who worked there was all smiles and friendly!!! Manager Jennifer, Raider fan made us feel special!! Walked to Disneyland in about 8 min...safe walk. Will definitely forever be our go to hotel!!!!

Breakfast on one day wasn't much of a food choice but was told Sat breakfast was delicious. Maybe more selection during the weekend?? Either way, food was still good!!

It’s a very nice hotel for the price. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast and they even changed some of the items each day which was nice. I don’t believe you can see the fireworks from the hotel, but if you just walk around the corner a bit you can see them perfectly. The walk to Disney isn’t bad at all and helped with taking a break during our Disney day. The rooms were clean and very spacious for our family of 5. The pool is small but nice and the kids enjoyed it. We spent most of our time at Disneyland so paying more somewhere else for a bigger pool wasn’t priority.

The scrambled eggs could’ve been cooked a little more. I think a better set up is needed for when you’re making toast so that you’re not waiting long for it, while disrupting the line up at the breakfast counter. Maybe have faster toasters ( ???) or have the toasters set up at a different counter, or at the end, so you’re not in other people’s way.

Breakfast was great changes every day and the breakfast sausage was delicious! Pool is nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and comfy. Best part was the staff there was man with really nice hair who greeted us every morning with a chipper attitude and big smile during our stay. The staff assisted with making our stay memorable and we’re very helpful by holding our bags for us before check in and having ton of info to help with our stay.

Should have gotten bigger beds the queen was a tad too small felt more like a full.

Nice property good walking distance to Disneyland. They had a strict noise policy so very quiet even though property had a ton of kids. Good breakfast, layout good be more functional. Had to stand in same line for condiments, silverware, napkins since they were staged too close to the food. Loved the mini fridge, microwave, & small sink in the room for snacks & drinks. Nice size rooms, felt comfortable for the 4 days we were there. The traffic noise you only really hear when at the pool or hot tub. Staff was excellent!

size of the room. we had the space for the family, our stroller, & all our Disneyland stuff. breakfast was pretty good & lots of choices.

valet only parking. not convenient for getting stuff in or out of the car. They would have to bring it up from garage if you forgot anything in the car. Staff said they’d call me when the room was ready & we never heard from them. They checked us in to our joining rooms & had to go back to have them fix that. Rooms were by each other but not joining. So just a lot of back & forth. Not fun when you’re tired & had been waiting to get settled in. otherwise comfortable & a good place to stay near Disneyland.

The staff was helpful and went above and beyond, the breakfast was tasty, the location was great, and our room was comfortable and quiet.

We were placed in a king sized suite eventhough we needed 2 beds, however the staff showed us that the couch pulls out into another bed. We were grateful for the upgrade and for the helpful staff.

Breakfast at HIE is always excellent and the proximity to Disneyland is even better.

The property grounds are well taken cared of and the hotel lobby and amenities are excellent. Our family of 4 stayed in a family suite/penthouse, great space, really big but lacked charging ports. Just a few outlets near the beds but no USB ports. We don’t carry our cubes because they are bulky so it was a hassle to get cubes in order to charge our devices.
