Excellent value for the price. Quiet, clean, comfortable and equipped w everything we needed. Family suite (3 beds in two rooms) was a perfect fit for our family. AC and shower worked well, we had plenty of cooking ability w small fridge and toaster oven, etc. and we enjoyed the center courtyard for gathering before/after outings w friends. Liked location in a quiet part of town. This is a retro kind of place - beds are a bit smaller and furnishings not cookie cutter modern - felt like a motel on route 66, back in the day... :) It was quite comfortable and an opportunity to support a unique motel, as opposed to another generic chain.

Wished the coffee for the coffee maker was darker/stronger.

Someone has put considerable effort, money and materials to upgrade this older motel, with great success. The room was small, but convenient with nice touches like an all tile shower with a built in seat. Even has a shelf for the frig, which I didn't know I was going to have in the room. Mattress was too soft for me after my back surgery, but many like a softer mattress. I would definitely stay here again! Nice find.

Location not too bad, just across from the hospital, road a bit noisy, but did quiet down. Easy to get to down town. Relatively clean, still some grime on window ledges (only found out because I could feel a draft around my neck as one of the beds was situated under the window). Very helpful at front desk, nice little grass area for doggies to walk. Great help with arranging parking (we had a teeny luggage trailer with us).

Tiny room with 3 double beds in it, definitely smaller than appearing in photos, very tight if it’s six adults, maybe doable with kids. Bathroom was just bigger than a closet so if anyone is bigger this is tough. Lots of appliances but everything in different places; toaster oven, hot plate & microwave within same spot, fridge in a different room, coffee maker on opposite side of room. Door into room truly tight to the next room. Parking is tough if you have a bigger vehicle with gear. Beds not that comfortable, a slightly firmer mattress might be better (I felt like I was rolling off the edge), linens ok but the sheets felt slippery.

This exceeded our expectations and we would consider staying at the Trees Motel again. It is two short blocks from Main Street and within walking of most everything important to us - good restaurants and the park. The unit we rented was a newly converted 1-bd apartment. It was clean, had 4 double beds, and a kitchenette. There was good communication with the motel staff and they offered great advice on places to dine. The motel is also pet friendly.

There wasn't anything I did not like about the Trees Motel. It is a bit unusual for the motel lobby to be blocks from where we actually stayed. However, I liked the fact we were isolated from other guests and had plenty of peace and quiet.

I like the home feel of the room; the bed was very comfortable, and clean. There was plenty of hot water, I enjoyed the over all feel of the Trees because it was not chain hotel feeling. The staff was very nice! I would definitely recommend the Trees, and I will definitely be staying again when in town. Liked the out door seating area.

Not a real dislike, just a reality. The parking lot was small; but folks were courteous and made the space easy to get into and out of. I'm sure if there was an opportunity to expand the lot it would happen..

This is the place to stay when you're traveling throught to las vegas. Its cozy, its nice and warm, its clean, the wood creaks a bit giving it so mich loving character, thanks for the room, Jenny! I didnt try the other hotels in the surrounding area, but knowing trees motel is still there, i wouldnt bother trying a different one. Try trees motel for sure!

It wasnt clear to us if there was any breakfast, but we didnt ask as well so thats that :)

It was a little off the main drag, so it was very quiet. There was a little grassy area with a bbq and tables for the guests’ use. The room was equipped with a little kitchen area with counter seating, small appliances, and dishware. The property is close to restaurants and shopping.

The shower was a little on the narrow side.

Was clean ,quiet had coffee machine an fridge plenty of towels an heater worked great.

There was a lot of snow piled up in front of the room so I had to go walk thru it, which was fine in the afternoon , however when I left in the morning it was icy an I slipped getting to my car. Could have been shoveled better. That was the only issue an I will stay there again .

Our camera battery was unloaded, and the reception guy was so cute to procure us one european adaptor (he doesn't have one in the motel, then he goes to her family!). I would like to thank him again for this favour

The square in front of the motel. During the week, all the restaurant in Bishop close at 9 pm. If you want to eat you need to go before the closures.

The small kitchen that was part of the room was neat and tidy and had a nice stove and working refrigerator that made my stay great. The AC of the room was a God send and kept the room quite comfy when it was turned on. Check in and out was simple and the staff was friendly.

The Wifi where my room was located was a bit slow, but this is really not their fault as I know that blazing internet in this town in not really a thing.
