Location, clean.

We arrived every early on the 29th of April. I walked into the hotel to make sure we had reservations. The lady at the reception desk seemed to be very putout that we were checking on our reservations. She did check on our reservations and told us that check -in was between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. I told her I understood but could she either text or call us when our room was ready. She said she would, and we did receive a text around 1:45pm. The gentlemen checking us in at the reception desk in greeted us with a smile and seemed happy we were staying with them.

Rooms: Nice and roomy Modern and Updated Plenty of charging stations throughout room Amenities: Starbucks down stairs (Love that) Food available for order breakfast and dinner Food was good They were generous and let us borrow 12 wine glasses so we could share new bottles of wine with our friends Location: Great location, close to everything. Close to Wineries and just far enough away from the touristy places to avoid traffic

Understaffed: Starbucks, Bar & Food closed some days because of 2 events they were having Food delivery to our rooms not available, they apologized saying they were understaffed Facility: The elevator dropped 6" inches while my husband and other guests were in it and it scared him enough to not want to take it again the rest of our 4 day stay Room Storage: Only 2 18" drawers in the room for storage Only about 18" of hanging clothe area, we had to hang clothe in shower Parking: Large portion of parking lot taken up by Tesla Charging stations, it seemed like we always had to walk far to our car.

The location was great. It had all of the amenities we needed. The lobby was pleasant and inviting and the staff was nice and helpful. The bed was cozy and comfortable

a little noisy early in the morning with people playing the outside games. and our remote was broken . but they soon brought us a new one. still a little off.

Nice workers and very good service and great area.

The stay was great but every time I go inside the bathroom I would see a lot of ants & a few pinchers running around on top of the sink. I realized there was a pipe underneath the sink so I’m guessing that’s where the ants where coming from

We liked that we were really close to the golf course. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Availability of water. The bathroom has a glass barn door that is noisy. Not enough cups for coffee or tea. When we asked, the staff was not too friendly.

Breakfast was of a satisfactory standard but of a limited variety.

The food served in the evening is of limited range and sophistication meaning it is almost essential one seeks dinner outside the hotel.

The property is perfectly located to the vineyards that we enjoy. The Hotel is really nice and so is the staff. Also, the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner are really good.

We were very pleased.

The location was nearby by to the Santa Ynez wineries so it was easy to get around. It's also conveniently close to the Firestone Walker brewery. We were able to walk over in a couple of minutes!

Customer service is superior; friendly, helpful and expedient. Never had such a quick check-in and smiling the entire time. I left a bag curbside when checking out, came back 5 hrs later after playing golf and the staff had the bag, so very grateful and thankful for honest people.

Everything was great; lobby, room and staff. The parking area is small, they've accommodated a lot of parking to electric vehicles which is great if you have one but not if you don't.

I did not expect to pay for my own breakfast for such an expensive stay at Marriott. The staff making breakfast forgot to place items in my breakfast to go bag. I had to ask twice for certain items that were missing. The bar area was fun but could use a little music playing.
