Helpful Desk staff, Had a cart to put luggage on, Room close to front door so the walk was close, Handicapped parking right outside my room, Location and weather was beautiful, Hotel outside appearance was beautiful, Hotel was on a nice business parkway close to a main road, Professional setting, Room was small but nice, had a loveseat and seating in addition to a very comfortable bed, My daughter loved the pizza nearby, Bathroom was large and had a dressing area outside of it with a mirror and vanity, Room came with a kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. One could easily stay in this room for awhile. My daughter didn't want to leave. Maids were very helpful and gave me all the supplies I asked for. Outside area very nice and walkable if you wanted to go for a little stroll after work. This hotel was an excellent fit for my business trip that was around the corner only 5 minutes away.

I had to wait too long at times to get help, which was hard for me because I have bad back issues and pain.

I love that it’s dog friendly and that we could bring our dog. I just wish others that brought their dogs would clean up after their dogs. There was dog poop all over the grass area. If you don’t want to clean up after your dog then don’t travel or bring your dog places. The king suite had a full kitchen and spacious, which was nice since we stayed a whole week. I loved that our room (301) was right next to the stairs so I could enter and exit the hotel with my dog without disturbing other guests. Room 301 also had a nice view of the pool and you can almost see the ocean. The pool was nice to swim in after a day of activities! I also loved how close it was to the beach, outlet shopping, restaurants, field of flowers, Costco, and Legoland!

They advertise breakfast included, but there was no breakfast. The spa was empty and caution taped. Those were the 2 things I was most looking forward to since they were advertised on booking.com and neither were available. The pool side has a loud train and the other side is the highway. Thankfully the windows are double paned so the noise isn’t too bad.

Front desk girls were perfect!

The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the freeway and the beach. We were surprised by the amenities in the room. Nice set up and very comfortable. The dining area was closed due to Covid but understandable. Bed was extremely comfortable for a hotel bed. A/C worked great and not noisy at all.

The female attendant at the check in was a bit rude but the older gentleman that helped us was extremely helpful and got us checked in quickly. Nothing was mentioned about an additional $50.00 being held. I am sure it may have been in the paperwork we signed but it would have been nice to be made aware of the extra funds being tied up.

Spotless convenient spacious rooms right off the highway. Good for our purposes of staying one night on a long road trip. I really needed the kitchen facilities--these were excellent in the suite. There isn't a view or any charm, but it is perfect for the purposes we needed, Very close drive to great restaurants and the beach.

The wifi was unusually bad. Kept clicking off. My colleague couldn't get a signal in her room at all. This would be a fantastic work stay lodging were it not for that.

Really nice room with refrigerator, stove, dishes, microwave, couch, and comfortable beds. Decorative bathroom sink. very clean. Registration attendant was very friendly. Staff was very accommodating.

back door to parking area has no lock on it to return to the building. If closed, have to walk all the way around the building to the front entrance to get in. Some folks leaving sticks at the door to keep it open, which does not make it safe. Suggest putting in a new key lock.

I loved how close to the ocean it is and loved the kitchenette! Very spacious and very appreciative of the free parking!

I did not like the floor carpets were pretty dirty but the hallways did get cleaned during my stay but I did keep reminding myself that pets are allowed there.

Great location with decent access to the beach. Staff was very courteous, rooms are clean. Not 5-star rooms, but you're not paying 5-star prices.

The sofa sleeper had some stains on it, the bathroom drain was slow, and the toilet paper was across the bathroom from the toilet. None of which are deal breakers, since we were only in the room to sleep.

The couch needed a good cleaning. Our 1 child decided to sleep on the couch … the couch cushions definitely could use a very good cleaning

The facility is great. It is nice to have the full kitchenette. I liked the layout of the room. The location is also great. Very convenient to the beach and the dining but still located in a quiet area.

I was disappointed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They weren't welcoming let alone happy. I felt like I was being interrogated.
