Amazing staff that truly cares and quiet and clean hotel. I won't go anywhere else in the Bay Area to stay the night. I'm disabled and I stay here to go to doctor apts and the staff Here has went above and beyond with helping me! Beautiful property as well and great breakfast when I am able to get it. Great deal as well! You won't be disappointed staying here. Best Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed at and it's worth the almost hour drive to my doctor to stay here and from the San Fran Airport.

location and price

on my trip I caught Covid and had to extend my stay. I contacted them immediately and could not get a answer from staff for extending my stay. I kept being told they would call me back and that they had to talk to manager. After 2 days of calling them I was finally told they could only extend me for one night. it made it more stressful and difficult for me to find another hotel to stay in for 1 night. if they could have answered me right away it would have made things easier for me and less stressful. Gratefully the Covid I had was mild but I still had to quarantine. The staff didn’t seem fazed by the fact that I had Covid and I made a point of letting them know so housekeeping could clean appropriately after I checked out. Hopefully the office staff let housekeeping know.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a one bedroom King suite with sofa bed. The room was fantastic. Clean, comfy, and very well equipped. It made an excellent home away from home. The facilities are nice as well. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast very much. Great shampoo/bodywash/soap too.

Only a couple things we thought could be improved. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I would have upgraded to a room with two beds if I had known. Another thing we would have appreciated is ingredient/allergen lists for breakfast items. We had to take our best guess and hope we were right. Also it would have been amazing if there was coffee available beyond just breakfast. Those are all nitpicky things though. We really enjoyed our stay.

THis is the place to stay if you find yourself in the area. The property is beyond exceptional; the free parking and breakfast are a huge bonus. Not to mention my son loved the pool. The kitchen for our week stay, with a pull-out couch, etc - The room was great, and the value far exceeded other establishments in the area by far. Better than the property, however, is the staff. The Manager, Joseph, is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, and I'm not referring to only the hospitality industry. Do yourself a favor, if you're in Walnut Creek, etc, and need a place to stay. This place is it.

Room was spacious, all amenities provided, room was modern and clean. Location was good! Would stay again.

Nothing to do with the facility, but someone down the hall must have been smoking pot because the stench was coming in through the vents and down the hall. Bed was a little on the harder side for my taste, but my husband liked it. Other than that everything was good!

I have to say I liked everything about this place the rooms are spacious like a small apartment with a full size kitchen not a mini fridge and microwave, in this Hyatt the kitchen has a stove and fridge and a microwave; small coffee pot that makes about 4 cups of coffee and they have their own dishes as well it's the whole enchilada plus some sauce. I will definitely stay there again, it was comfort beyond comfort. Very reasonable with the rates too and let me not forget to mention the delicious breakfast they serve it truly is a plus when you don't have to go out somewhere to eat breakfast you can simplify by eating at the dining room at this Hyatt. When it came time for me and my people to leave none of us wanted to go, that's how you know you picked the perfect accommodations . Thank you Hyatt staff your the best .

I cant think of one thing that I didn't like

Your front desk personnel, especially Mariana Pena and Milton Davis, were extremely helpful. My mother needed an accessible room and a wheelchair. We were allowed to use the wheelchair from the first day. The accessible room became available the next day, and we were moved then. Another young lady assisted the first day, but I didn't get her name.

Accessible rooms were not available the first night, although it was reserved. Toilets were not raised in rooms, and were somewhat difficult to get on and off .

room was nice and worked well for us. parking was always available. It was a good location. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was average but at least you could get an omelet cooked to order. The regular coffee ran out each day at 8 AM. Took a long time to be refilled. We also had to ask for new towels the second day. This policy is not something that is mentioned at check in and we experienced at another hotel in CA.

The price was too expensive for one night. Not a lot of people in the bar scene. The hot tub and pool should stay open longer but I overall loved my stay. Thank you

There was a smell in the hallway floor when I got there, they may need to bleach the mom. The floor was wet too I could have slip. A lot of elderly, not the party scene and the pool and hot tub was not opened late.

signs all around town warning not to leave bags in car. not that I had anything valuable but I didn’t want to deal with having to get broken car window fixed so I asked if I could check my bag - which has never been an issue in any hotel I have stayed in. front desk staff was really put out that I wanted to do that and basically told me it was not more safe there than it was in my car.
