We had a clean room, comfortable bed, mini fridge (a big plus), and good water pressure in the shower; it was centrally located, with a quick and easy check-in and check-out.

The rooms are incredibly plain with no framed photos or paintings, which made it a little too bare bones to look at (we were there for a good portion of the evening before bedtime). It would also be nice if key access was required for the elevator rather than just the floor entries, in case of creeps lurking around.

Room was small, but overall clean. There was a mini fridge in our room, which we liked. No bed is like your own, but the bed was averagely comfy. It served its purpose for sleeping. Bathroom is ok. It seemed clean. I liked all the movie channels on the TV.

The bathroom has a sliding door with no lock. Personally, I did not need the lock, but other people prefer it. The bathroom sink is actually outside the bathroom. I don't mind this, however, every time I would turn on the faucet, there was a drainage smell. The wifi doesn't really work. My boyfriend couldn't connect at first, then when he did, it said that there was a third party connection and no privacy. I had connected as well, but it said something about privacy and to not use anything on my phone that has important information. We both decided to disconnect.

Everything was great! I loved the location because there was many restaurants around it. I also liked how friendly the staff was at all times of the day. Lastly, our room was clean when we arrived and there was plenty of parking.

Our only issue was that our room had multiple spiders inside of it. It was very unpleasant to wake up to tiny spiders crawling all over you. Especially since we had small children with us. However, I had not seen other reviews that had this issue so I'm sure we just were unlucky. Staff fixed this issue immediately when we told them which was great.

the price for the location, location 👍 staff are friendly.

the hallway are hot, don’t feel any ac, a homeless was wondering around outside the floor, people leave trash in the elevator

Location was closed to everything, staffs were nice , easy checking in and out.

It would have been better if tub mat could be placed in the tub, it was very slippery, my sister actually slipped but she caught herself so no injury so we placed a towel in the tub.

We traveled from Texas to Columbus GA for our sons boot camp graduation, we booked 3 hotels prior and ended up canceling them because of the reviews and when we called to see if our rooms could be close or attached they were rude. But this hotel was different. Phoenix was so sweet when I called that we decided to stick with it. Then we arrived earlier then expected and Phoenix and her staff were so friendly and worked hard to get both rooms ready and close together for us. I wish I could remember everyone name who helped us and was so sweet to us and our children. I think Terry or maybe Theresa was another one who always had a smile and was so friendly and always making sure to check on us. Phoenix was so sweet and friendly we were there 5 days and when we left my kids all had to say goodbye to them. This was such a great and emotional trip and Phoenix and the day staff all helped make it so wonderful. When and if we come back as long as Phoenix is still there we will be staying here. Thank you so much you all were wonderful and touched our hearts. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast is good and the pancake machine is awesome. The washing machine were clean and working a and the gym was nice we utilized it a few times. The whole hotel was clean and we always felt welcomed when we walked in. The wifi worked great and the TV channel choice were great something for everyone. Phoenix thank you and please tell everyone who was there in the day thank you. See you soon!

.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, very basic, but very comfortable. We were gone during the day doing various things and stayed 5 days for a family vacation. The location was good and the price was very good compared to other places. The pool was great for the kids in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

It would be great to have microwaves in all the rooms so we wouldn’t have to go to the lobby.

Quiet location close to all theme parks McDonald’s pretty much in the same parking lot so breakfast is easy and great food at Paul’s place same corner.

Only one elevator located in front of hotel other acces to third floor is up three flights of stairs on either side so when parking is full in front you must park in back but lobby is locked so can’t go through building to elevator either walk all the way around building or up three flights of stairs with tired kids.

Rooms were simple, but clean and met our purpose as we did not spend a lot of time there. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good as it was only a mile to Knotts and Medival Times which we enjoyed.

We were on the third floor and there was a light just outside the window. The drape was a blackout, but did not completely cover the window so we were not able to darken the room as much as we would have liked. The problem could be rectified by installing a wider blackout drape. Pool was clean, but too cold to swim and it was 98 degrees outside. Ice machine on our floor broke down, but there was one on the first.

I enjoyed the 2.5-mile hikes to and from the train station, and the roundtrip hike to Knott's Berry Farm each of six days. Having Black Bear Diner across the street was super good.

I didn't like the rude lady with big dog at the nearby bus stop. She made me so uncomfortable upon my departure that, although fatigued, I hiked to the train station with my luggage, because I didn't dare invade her space. I missed the hourly bus.
