Breakfast was great and room was clean.

The breakfast was over and above what I expected. The hot items were scrambled eggs, sausages, country potatoes and apple-filled pancakes. There was also a do-it-yourself waffle maker. Syrup was provided, but the sugar-free syrup was placed away from that station. Bread, English muffins and possibly bagels were available for toasting. The refrigerator had a few different varieties of yogurt, small cartons of milk and fruit cups. Whole fresh fruit was on a different counter. Also available were 3 different kinds of cold cereal and two kinds of hot oatmeal packets. Regular coffee, assorted hot teas and decaf coffee with all possible condiments was just outside the breakfast room. Hot chocolate packets were inside the breakfast room, There probably wouldn't have been room at the coffee station for them. The room was small with not very many tables, so we brought our food back to the room and reheated it in the microwave. Our beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps all smelled wonderful. :-)

I love coffee, and I was about to put water in the coffee maker in our room when I saw there was already water in it. There was no telling how long it had been in there. The rest of the machine was clean. I dumped it out and started over. The only other issue was the handle to the microwave oven was sticky.

Location was very good and a fair price. The refrigerator and microwave were good, room and bed were comfortable. Staff was very nice.

I was hoping the pool would be a little more inviting, with seating and a better view. It was hot and I would have used it.

our TV remote did not work even after the front desk installed new batteries in it. They offered to change rooms for us so that we could watch TV but we didn’t want to move.

Patience of the front desk person who checked ne in. Adequate amenities inside the room and comfortable.

I was expecting bacon ! Overall good .

We stayed at the Best Western Danville for one night while we were there to attend a memorial service. The room was immaculately clean & despite being on the interstate side, very quiet. There was plenty of hot water & a nice shower head in the bath. Beds were comfy & the room was well laid out. The weakest area had to be the breakfast-both egg dished were full of peppers-not everyone likes peppers, and these dishes were the only protein. There was the usual fare-waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, etc. The breakfast hostess did a good job keeping the chafing dishes stocked. We had dinner at the Black Bear diner on the premises, and it was quite good. The restaurant is a very brief walk from the hotel. Interstate access was very easy and close. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was rather weak.

the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows and the biscuits and gravy was good and French toast sticks :)

the carpet in the room was lifted and was a tripping problem

The hotel was conveniently situated for where we needed to be. Ample free parking. Good breakfast selection with very friendly elderly lady serving us. The room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels.

The bathroom was a little small. The hotel looked a little dated could do with a freshen up.

The breakfast was excellent. The service by Carol was excellent in the breakfast room.

The handicap shower could have been built better when the building was built

Shower, bed, quiet, microwave, refrigerator, buffet breakfast free parking, location and wifi were all Very good.
