The location was perfect for us. There were restaurants and gas nearby as well as freeway access. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The view from our room was very nice. We initially booked one night but ended up coming back and staying again.

There is not a complimentary breakfast. We actually paid for the breakfast on our first morning but did not opt to do so the other mornings. There were microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, juice, and packaged danish.

The location is nice. Rooms were comfortable in size, and beds were firmer than we like but still comfortable.

The website shows on-site dining, but nobody was ever around for us to buy, and we went by multiple times to see if we were missing the hours it was open. Also, notice there were no trash bag liners in the receptacles in our room. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or what.

The room was very nice. The desk service folks were super friendly and very helpful. The overall hotel was very nice. I would stay there again. The location of the hotel was down the street from two malls.

We wish there was a microwave in room, ice maker on our floor was out of service. Had to ask for fresh towels each day. Other than that, our stay was great for the price.

The location if you have a car is very good. The room was spacious and well equipped and the door didn't slam like in many other hotels. We were on the top floor and even had a small balcony. Also it was nice that there was a screened balcony door so we could have fresh air in the room. Bed was very comfortable and having a microwave and refrigerator was important for our stay (I'm not sure all rooms have a m/w). The manager was great when we asked to change rooms after the first night (we stayed 4 nights) because we wanted a top floor room. We will definitely stay there again as it's a great value.

There was no maid service during our stay.

the property is in a great location right off the freeway and near everything.

There some small signs of wear and tear like a giant red punch type stain on the carpet in the room and some bleach stains on carpet in the hallways. Also- given the heat of summer, etc, it would have been a nice touch to have complementary water and coffee in the lobby or some complementary water bottles in the room. Paying $2+ for a bottle of water seemed excessive.

Exceptional location to both family member's homes. Very good condition hotel. I know it's something small but the room keys always worked well everywhere.

Little bit of trash left in both cans when I arrived. Half the time, the 2nd floor vending area trash cans were full, plus extra bags of trash sitting around. Balcony was dirty.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful.

If I had to say something, the bed was just a little firmer than my bed at home. Otherwise, I have no complaints. One other thing, it would be nice not to have to turn on so many lamps. It would be nice if there were recessed lighting with one switch that can be dimmed or brighten also.

Spacious rooms with a very large flat screen TV in the room, friendly and helpful staff, I really liked all the trees on the grounds and it made for a very pleasant walk during the evenings

The comforter on the bed was fairly thin and I had to keep adjusting the thermostat at night in order to get comfortable, had a hard time connecting to their WiFi, I noticed that there was bits of linen lint or something throughout my room on the floor and even all the way down the hall from the elevator to my room

The location was great, the room was superb and the staff (Jacob, Zak and Candice) were excellent

Great spot if you’re traveling with dogs. Rooms 102, 104, 106, and 108 on the ground floor have a patio that opens directly onto a (shared) grassy area by the pool and close to the parking lot. Very convenient for relieving dogs.
