we were in town for an appt & we needed to arrive by 6AM so we decided to stay here to cut out the drive from hm. Instead of 20mins away, we were 5-7mins away- perfect!

The stairs to the 2nd floor feel dangerous & steep. For older people, like us, we felt very uncomfortable going up & down the stairs.

I'm used to little places putting in the bare minimum but this place was not that at all. They clearly invested more in comfort and amenities than I'm used to, and it truly made everything ten times easier. It was a very nice place to spend 3 nights for work. The staff was also very nice when I accidentally locked myself out haha!

right next to the freeway and can hear quite a bit of traffic noise. However, it became less obvious once a/c was turned on. The initial check in system was the most cumbersome I have ever experienced and took way too long — especially after a long day of traveling.

Excellent location just a short walk to Walnut Creek shops, clean & comfortable with everything you need. Friendly receptionist. I didn’t find the motorway noise disruptive in the slightest. This will be my go-to place to stay when visiting family in the area.

Very clean well laid out room. Although near the freeway the noise was not bad, The location was great to be ale to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Lot of services nearby. Very reasonable price and very confortable

Older but very well maintained. Technology is up to date (Internet/WiFi/TV/room locks). Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Freeway noise, but that goes with being so conveniently close to that same freeway.

Very clean. Nice staff. comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Convenient Walnut Creek location for a very good price.

Mediocre shower that never gets as hot as I like. A few fixtures aren’t wearing well such as drawers hard to open and loose bathroom hardware.

There was nine and no access to coffee until 8 am when office opens up. That is my only very minor complaint

Coffee (at least) for early birds. I left room without making coffee in my room thinking I could get it at the office

Nice location and friendly staff.

I did hear a bit of traffic noise. It was mild and didn’t disrupt sleep. White noise machine would totally block it out, so I’ll bring that along for my next stay.

The area was easy to find and a short walk from downtown. Super clean room. Everything you’d need was provided. Extra pillows and a blanket. Soap, makeup wipes, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner. Little fridge, coffee machine and microwave :) the tap water also tasted really good for some reason!! Will return!
