Rooms in both suites were large, very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was very satisfying, much better than in many hotels we stayed previously. We definitely will stay here in Davis again.

Nothing can be done about air conditioner / heater. It blows air so strongly, that we kept it going on for several minutes and turned it off. You can be sick easily if you leave it on for a night. Also the unis is loud. This is only minus in this hotel. We will stay here for one night as needed, so for one night it's OK and somehow we will manage. Probably if the hotel offers central air conditioning, the room price will be much, much higher.

This hotel was one of the cheapest of our Californian trip yet it was one of the most modern, cleanest and offered the biggest room! Really good value for money. We enjoyed the pool, we loved the big airy room, very comfortable bed! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was just what we needed to start the day off and very uncomplicated - which we liked.

We had a room on the ground floor, near the breakfast area, which I would avoid in the future as it became quite noisy early in the morning. The jacuzzi water looked a little unclear - not so clean so we did not try it.

Didn't eat the breakfast at hotel because the choices were not appropriate for my dietary needs, which was very disappointing. Need to have more gluten-free choices.

1) the hallway was stifling hot. There were no windows, or a/c on. I was on the 3rd floor 2) the bed/mattress was extremely high. It was difficult to get into the bed. Not all of your customers are tall. Some of us are barely 5" and would benefit from a foot stool to assist.

The hotel looks new. The room i received was big and comfortable. It is located just out of the city center close to the highway. About 15 min walk to the City center or bike ride of 5 min. The Hotel has bike to lend for free you can take to get around. Davis is fully bike friendly with bike routes everywhere. I used bike to get to the UCDavis campus during my stay. Lots of grate restaurants in the city and nice places for a beer. The hotel offered a breakfast included and it was a very nice one with Iots of options. There is a pool and a gym i did not use them but they looked nice. The stuff was grate and helpful. I will be back to Davis and will most likely come back to this hotel.

There wasn't anything really maybe......the elevator button on the third floor didnt light when you press it😊

plastic cutlery and paper plates at breakfast although food and selection was good could hear trains hooting from early morning but I think this is the same in most of the Davis hotels if any where near centre

Amazingly clean, great pool and jacuzzi. Good amount of options at breakfast. I was impressed with their Covid precautions such as providing masks and disposable gloves at the breakfast buffet when touching the serving utensils. Bathrooms had good amount of shampoo and conditioner and shower gel, large bottles so you don’t need to call and ask for a million tiny shampoo bottles. Towels were clean and soft. Bathroom and room were designed well and the bedding was sooo clean and so comfortable. Just a great property especially for the price and area.

The breakfast was great and the beds were really comfortable. The fitness room had a peloton. Everything made for a nice stay for a stopover on a road trip.

The coffee needs to be better and would love if the pool opened a little earlier especially during the summer when it’s already hot by 8am.

Located in nice area. Quiet hotel. Recently updated. We borrowed two bicycles and rode into Davis, enjoyed our stay very much. Great breakfast options

The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable & the pillows were awesome! The person working the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice if there were some vending machines.

It was everything a hotel should be and more. Having just returned from a cross country road trip, we wish we had hotels as nice as this one. We will seek out Holiday Inn Expresses on our next trip.
