My recent stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dixon, CA left me thoroughly grateful for an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew I was in for a special stay. The standout feature of the Radisson Dixon was undoubtedly the spacious and immaculately clean rooms. The attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout my entire stay. The beds and pillows were another aspect that truly stood out. The beds were not only luxurious but also provided exceptional support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pillows were thoughtfully chosen, striking the perfect balance between softness and support – a small detail that made a big difference in my overall sleep quality. Equally remarkable was the hotel staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. An incident involving a forgotten dress highlighted their exceptional service. Upon realizing that I had left my dress behind, I reached out to the hotel, and the staff's response was nothing short of extraordinary. They not only located the dress but also arranged for its safe shipment back to me. This level of care and dedication goes above and beyond what one would expect, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest.

Staff went out of their way to work with my multiple reservations, adding and removing as necessary to cope with my changing needs. Breakfast was solid, could have served a bit later (on Sunday maybe!) but overall very convenient.

The location was a bit tricky - mostly just the entrance and exit, and the new driveway location with the fuel station, and Google shows a back exit where there is none. Also the pool was closed for the season on a beautiful day - would have been so nice to lounge there. We will need to come back.

I spent almost 4 weeks in the country bouncing from hotel to hotel. This was my last night and hands down not only one of the best places I stayed, but among the cheapest. And definitely incredible value for the dollars paid!

The only thing I can think of is that there was not coffee available in the lobby outside if breakfast service.

Clean and newer property - well managed. Wonderful hot breakfast buffet. Convenient to highway but not too close. Restaurants and WalMart nearby. Stayed here while daughter was attending a Camp at UC Davis, less than 10 minute commute, and saved about $80 per night. Free parking and the manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

Pool is very nice, but the back door locks and can't even get in with a key. We found other guests propped the door, but if they hadn't, we would have had to walk around to the front lobby - wet from the pool. They should give guest key access at this door at least.

Loved it! For the price we paid we had the luxurious mess of a 5 star hotel. Comfy beds, super clean, and delicious breakfast. We are on a cross country road trip and this was a perfect stop for us. Highly recommend!

We were in town for an event and we’re just here for one night. It was a great stay. The hotel was clean. The breakfast area was completely full when we went down for breakfast. It was clean. That says a lot to me! Very nice place.

I always stay here when I visit my animals in the area and it's always clean and comfortable. Wifi is exceptional. The breakfast has improved - thank you !

when I arrived I got a room where someone had been smoking and since this hotel is a non smoking facility, I was a little surprised. The front attendant said that he would not charge me for the room. Thank you ! I did switch to another room, however it was inconvenient to have to do that, as I was already unpacked

I was allowed to check in early. That made me happy! The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One housekeeping staff gave me a great suggestion. As I was leaving with all of heavy load on a cart, she suggested that I go out another door. I wasn't aware that I could use the door to reach the front of the building. It made my cart much easier to pull. She also let me in my room when my keys no longer worked.

When I've stayed there before, I was able to get the accessible room closet to the front desk. But this time my room was all the way at the end of the hallway. It wasn't a problem pulling the cart until I reach the carpet area. I had a hard time pulling the cart. Being handicapped, it was a real challenge. My body hurt so bad, I couldn't bring the cart back to the front nor the other items I forgot in my car. I noticed that the room had a broken towel rack that's barely holding up. There was a lot of outside noises on the back side all through the night. I wish a later checkout was possible ( other hotels allow 3pm late checkout for $50).

The breakfast buffet is amazing! Fresh Belgium waffles made to order, cheese and veggies Omelets, pork sausage, potatoes with Danish, 3 types of juice and yogurt selections. Everything is clean and top notch. Best value, safe and well lit. Pool and great staff. 5 stars
