Close to the hospital and a very nice market. could walk to both. People were nice. Room clean for the most part

One garbage can. Almost fell in the bathroom because the handicap shower flooded the tile floor. the shower itself was dirty and the bench was really dirty. I am able bodied don't mind using handicap-able rooms but... Only chair user would be safe in that shower

The woman checking me in was so incredibly kind! When I told her I had just gotten out of the hospital, she gave me the hospital rate, which saved me a lot of money off the online rate I had found.

The thermostat in the room didn’t work- I used the window unit even tho it said it was controlled by the wall thermostat. Meant the fan was on all night which was annoying.

Clean and great for longer stays. Microwave in the room was helpful. Laundry machines also available for guests to use. Netflix available on the TV. Minimart in lobby had many options and available all night. Parking was reasonably priced and does not require valet service. Shower head was great! No hard-water spray, like you might find in comparable hotels. All in all, great value.

I noticed that it is very easy to hear what is happening in the hallway (doors opening and closing, people walking around, etc.). Loud enough to make you look to see if house keeping in coming in your room or something. And if you are on the pool side of the building , you will hear people clearly while they swim. I also wish the hand sanitizer dispensers could have been touch-less, but that didn’t diminish the quality of the stay.

our room was great BUT not as clean as it should have been, move the chair next to the bed and there was an empty medicine bottle and crackers under it. Then the shower water was supper HOT and could not adjust the water.

The staff was nice, hotel was clean, room was ready!

I did not like that breakfast wasn’t included. For the price paid, you would think the guest would have free breakfast.

The room was great however the air conditioner did not keep the room cool at night. What restaurant I seen a coffee bar with heat up pre-made sandwiches breakfast.

The elevators!!! One was broken the other would get confused and not come down to the first floor in rotation. The inside clean up folks were kind in letting the gusts have elevators first. The hot tub was broken, looks like it had been broken for some time, the wives were real disappointed, pool was very refreshing.

Food. Very limited items for dinner. Stayed at this hotel in December and the choices were better. This time had the hamburger and fries for dinner. Fries were great, but the hamburger was just so-so and too pricey. Breakfast menu was limited also.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Room was quiet, well appointed, comfortable and clean. I like that there are plenty of electrical outlets for all my gear, light fixtures and remote are always functional, and housekeeping does a great job. This is a great hotel, great value for price paid, and so I've been returning every time I'm nearby on business - almost weekly.

Wish the Covid was over so the workout room and facilities were open - but nothing about that can be helped. Otherwise, great hotel, great staff, I always feel welcome and at home there.

Bed, shower, power… all as you would hope

Understaffed but trying really hard. I don’t travel as much as I used to and I felt put upon to pay for parking on top of the rate I was paying.

I was staying for my granddaughter’s surgery at UCD (which is a close walk away) and accidentally booked the first night that the hospital was paying for... they let me switch it to the third day on the day of the stay. They also let me keep the same room and switched it over to my card without me having to go down to the desk. They happily extended my stay an extra day and allowed for a late check out while we were waiting on discharge. They greeted me by name each day as well. It was a great place to stay!
