The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. Incredibly modern and clean shower in the king suite bathroom. There was personalization on the TV screen with my name, which I found to be very welcoming. Had absolutely no issues with how well the room's upkeep was—it's extremely noticeable that they go out of their way to please their guests.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't enjoy about my stay. If I had to be super nit-picky, I'd say it'd be really nice to have a few vending machine options throughout or at least in the lobby area. Having more variety for snacks and drinks could also just put this place at the very top over other great hotels in the area and in general. Not a deal breaker, but something to think about. They do offer some snacks you can purchase at the front desk, but the variety is rather smaller than I would have liked.

I liked the pool very much and the room was dope, also the view. Plus I liked the location, cute little neighborhood and the sea isn't that far away.

The shower didn't spend much cold water and was a bit low pressure for my Swiss standards. Also my room was huge but didn't have a real sofa like my friend's smaller room had. But that's just complaining on another level, I still liked it very much. 😉

Location, cleanliness, great breakfast quality

Only dislike was receiving a double queen instead of the king I booked because I put at the end of the booking I would like to be near to the group I was traveling with...this should be secondary to the first request of the King bed. I'm sure reception could've fixed it but honestly all was said and done and I was too tired checking in at 1am.

We stayed overnight in Encinitas because my husband was in a surfing contest at Cardiff-By-The-Sea that weekend. Hampton by Hilton was close to the contest and convenient. The hotel is lovely and seems updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and when you see bright white sheets, blankets and a solid white bedspread, you know it's CLEAN. My name was on the TV screen, welcoming me when we arrived & that really tickled me! Breakfast was great and so was the coffee.

We were on the first floor and it was actually kind of noisy through the night. We could hear banging on walls and every time a door opened or shut, we did hear it. I had taken a sleeping pill, so I didn't notice it as much. All in all, it's a lovely little hotel with friendly staff and a full hot breakfast, if a little noisy.

The paying for parking is dumb. No other hotel charges for parking. I was there 4 nights and the room cost $1200 total. At $300 per night per room, do you really need a parking fee. Very petty and nickel and dime like. For that alone, I won’t book here again. The tv guide is also very minimal. Wasn’t an issue though, just surprising.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We requested a quiet room and were happy about a 2nd floor room at the back of the building, away from the highway. We were able to sleep with windows open instead of the very noisy AC running all night. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom and towels were clean. There was typical North American breakfast and coffee available.

The carpet in the room is worn and tired. The bathroom could use more hooks. One tries to reuse the towels to keep water consumption down but can't hang them up properly for drying. I also suggest the hotel switches to a soap suspension system instead of using outdated little plastic bottles. The same is true for the breakfast - it's creating lots of plastic waist from milk cream containers which could be replaced by milk in thermos containers to plastic utensils. A hotel in this price category could do better!

Very clean, yummy/wide breakfast selection , booked my room the night of only and hour before checking in, with no complications whatsoever. checkin/checkout process very simple and easy.

Drive way entrance hard to find, not too much of a complaint because that made me feel safer with the seclusion

the place is clean and well maintained, just needs to up date the beds, to squeaky when tossing and turning. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff very hard working people, very attentive and making sure there’s enough breakfast for everyone and not running out. Thank you so much for these hard working beautiful people without them the place will not function special thanks to Josefina and her partner going above and beyond with their service.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Big TV with lots of special channels. The lights and room controls are very nice and new. Unfortunately the room was next to the stairwell, which is a noisy area.
