Their flexibility with date extensions staying in the same room. Their quick response to fix something, ie TV remote change, replacing the phone to contact the front desk. Cleaning staff were reliable and nice. Definitely deserving a tip at the end ur stay.

No continental brtfst or coffee available which was advertised in their amenities. Used to be a lot more up to dateand in better shape. Has gone downhill over the years with furniture replacements which was mentioned is in the works. But the restaurant next door said that they keep saying that, but nothing looks it's happening. Too many pets allowed.

Was close to destination

Check in was easy and receptionist was very welcoming. Room floor was not clean and there was a crack in the bathroom ceiling where you shower, looked like it was gonna come down on you. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Check out took a long while just to get deposit back.

property was really nice. rooms were so spacious and comfortable. and was not far from the beaches at all.

what we didn’t like about this property was that there was a lot of suspicious people and suspicious activity at night. Just a weird feeling. looked out the window and just lots of activity for 2am type of time.

Staff were great! Room clean, beds comfortable, reasonably quiet and conveniently located. Met our basic needs at a very reasonable rate.

1. Parking was not great. Extremely tight. I have an Expedition and if I parked it perfectly I had only about 2" from line to tire and about 6" space to the neighboring parking spot line. 2. No breakfast. Covid may be the influence...but even so you should not be selling it as free breakfast.

When I checked out the man or woman didn't give me my deposit back. He/she said that the room smelled like weed I told him I just rolled up a joint and he was rude

Friendly staff, good location for where we were, clean and good rates.

I didn't like that I asked them to change my payment method, hotel said they don't do payments because was done through booking.com so i update my payment info there and they still charged wrong card SMH

We arrived early and they had a room available the same as I booked and let us check in very early. Comfortable room .

Late night the shower wouldn't get warm so took a shower in cold water. But in the morning water was warm again. Don't know what that was all about but whatever.

My top favorite affordable stay. It’s pretty big room compared to other places and has refrigerator & microwave! House keepers are very nice.

room was very nice and clean, smelled fresh. Got more than I expected which was great.

Did not know they were doing renovations and have some parking spaces full of bricks wasn’t too convenient but well enough off.

It was a great price for size room we got. The staff was very friendly and the room was adequate size for the four of us. We didn't have a chance to do breakfast but it looked like it was well done. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were a little stiff but it was ok . Understandable since the price was very good. The location isn't great but we didn't have any problems with any of the homeless that were prevalent in that area.
