The Continental breakfast, which was included, was outstanding, both in the variety of choices and display. It Staff super helpful. Quiet at night. Lovely bathroom with great shower pressure. Comfy bed. Lots of shelving and drawers. Nice desk. Large flat-screen, swivel tv.

Luggage off a plane is filthy. No luggage racks. No instructions about the heating. It looks simple, but it blew cold air constantly, even on 75. The extra blanket was thin as a sheet. Need better. Lovely bath but only one hook to hang a towel up & no place to hang clothes. No overhead bright light. Very dim overall. Need better for unpacking/packing. Can’t see microwave w/o a flashlight! Left a computer accessory as couldn’t see it. when doing final check. All small things the hotel should fix.

When we enter the lobby myself and my son were greeted very kindly but two gentlemen at the front desk they were very welcoming and sincere my son wanted the top floor but we were booked for the first story the gentleman at the front desk work their magic and got us the top floor for my son they were very kind and professional I would highly recommend staying here if you're doing anything in the central San Diego area the room was exceptional other than the TV did a pivot enough from the couch to the bed other than that the hotel was amazing

I really like the whole place. It was really nice. I also loved the bed and the scenery.

I didn’t like how I was charged again once I checked in. I basically got charged twice and didn’t get a refund right away. They told me they needed a manager in order to reverse the charge. It’s been 2 days and they haven’t refunded me my money. The clerk who didn’t really try to help me out was DIA.

Staff were polite, professional and super accommodating to my requests. Facilities were clean and very presentable. The bed was soft and comfortable. And the shower water pressure was far better than most hotels provide.

Inflation has unfortunately affected the hotel industry as this room was far more expensive than it was at this time last year. With the hotel being on a curve it might be missed, may need additional signage to identify the driveway to take to make it without passing it up.

Good location with restaurants and shopping near by, Marriott quality standards, comfortable bed, quiet in our room despite being just off the highway, staff extremely friendly and welcoming, very clean and modern facility, great breakfast included and lots of parking.

The pool area could have had some nice cushions on the furniture.

Everything about it was good except the too-modern look, the hard sofa, and the terrible mattress on the trundle bed, so that it was unusable and someone had to sleep on the sofa instead. I especially liked that there was a divider behind the desk to separate the two parts of the room, as my husband and I were in the bed and my daughter slept on the other side (sofa,) so that there was some privacy.

The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great. My room had a lovely view, the separated lounging area from the bed was nice. TV was fine, the closet was enormous for a hotel so all luggage could be out of sight. The staff was congenial and efficient. Lobby was nice and the pool area was attractive.

The person who designed the room should have spent a couple of nights in it. It needed a couple of amenities like luggage racks in that big closet and more hooks in the bathroom. The shower head was adjustable but I would have needed a ladder to reach it. The complementary breakfast was a victim of covid; everything was prepackaged but the fresh fruits were definitely not very fresh and almost inedible. The coffee was good though.

Breakfast was excellent! But I stayed for over a week, maybe they could do a little more with the eggs to switch it up.

The toilet seat in the room was loose. When I sat down I felt like I was going to fall off. Also when I switched rooms there was a marijuana smell lingering from the people who had the room the night before.

Front desk manager was very accomodating and let us check in early, which was a life saver for us. We had a function to attend at 4:00 and the early check in allowed us to settle in to our room and get ready. Rooms are updated and spacious.

Room is a little dark.

Breakfast was fair. The location was good.

The bacon wasn't cooked to my liking, too soft. I would like maybe biscuits and gravy as a choice. Coffee was tepid. Some choices of bread were not fresh. I would like medium-cooked eggs as another choice.
