outside looks Hella sketch but inside is just like pictures. u can't move the whole property but for the rooms they've done well. was skeptical due to numbers but as 2023 reviews state, it's v clean, has new furniture, microwave & fridge (no freezer) I'm guessing it used to be the cheapest quality in town for at some point got a shift and is now indeed suitable for just about anyone

no A/C in room, but room comes with one of those super tall black fans - they try the area outside obv, not the fanciest neighborhood

This hotel, although on the main drag of Eureka was still very quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful with sight seeing. The room was clean they had frig and microwave which was Great. It has some age to the room but did not have any smells. They provided a heater and a fan but it doesn't have AC but if you know about this area you do not need AC. It is located in a unique area and this area has tons of stuff to do. I thought the location was wonderful

The biggest thing was house keeping could do more on top of the regular stuff as the rooms are getting older and corner areas by the bathroom that get passed over on a regular basis are starting to show excessive dirt. I guess you would say the rooms need a thorough cleaning once in a while so build up from day to day cleaning seems to build up and it makes the room look a little dirty.

it was all cleaned and we had eveything we needed.

someone shouting outside of my room kept us awake all night. it was very annoying but at the same time very scary. it was a strange noisy made by someone who probably did not belong in that hotel. we have seen a lady in the morning being told that her stay could not be extended so we reckon she was the one making that noise. to be honest with you, she should have been asked to leave straight away. people like that ruin the reputation of your brand. i was too scared to open the door and check but due to that fact only, I couldn’t sleep. staff was friendly

Clean and comfortable. Someone got serious about adding electrical outlets in the room. More than I've ever seen. It was great.

Surprisingly, in spite of all the outlets, there was no ceiling light in the center of the room. Thus, it was kind of dark in there. In addition, overnight someone tried to steal my motorcycle. Not a great location from that standpoint.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great and an easy walk to the historic district and many food options. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was handy. The staff is friendly. Overall recommend for an affordable, comfortable option in Eureka.

Like most motels, the walls were a bit thin. Was awoken by loud neighbors a couple times. There were a couple of small sugar ants in our bathroom, really not an issue or any bother to us but might be to others.

everyone was great! Danny in front desk was wonderful, polite, friendly, helpful. property was great! The architecture was different than anything I’ve ever stayed in but I loved it. It was quiet and clean and definitely worth the money. It was cheaper than any of the surrounding motels and it was hands-down the best place around.

The is a good place to stay if one is not interested in paying for frills, Clean, safe, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is good, right on the major route through the city. It's very close to Old Town with some good restaurants and shops. Good wifi.

Decent room for the price. Grocery store across the street wich was convenient.

Bath tub drain was clogged and very slow to drain. Manager was surely, unfriendly and if I had a choice of anywhere else to go I would have dumped my stay and gone anywhere else because of his attitude. I guess it must be hard to get a decent person to represent your motel chain, otherwise why would you allow a person that has absolutely no desire to do the job properly and couldn't care less if he is discouraging people from ever staying at this motel chain again?

Our room was updated and spotlessly clean. Just a couple of blocks away from the downtown area. Across the street from a grocery store. We don't understand why ratings for this hotel are so low.

No breakfast of any kind.

This is a very good motel for more than just one night, it would be a great place for a base. Clean, very tidy, nice staff. The grocer/market over the road was a real bonus.
