I really like the location of this hotel, because it is near Hwy 101 and Hwy 299 which makes it a great place to jump off to any destination I might have in the local area. There are also multiple food options within walking distance, as well as a couple gas stations / convenience stores. Also, it is all in one building, so once I am in for the night, the only people I see are other guests.

One thing that could use a little touch up would be the parking area, because while I was there I saw a few cars that appeared to have been there for a while, possibly broken down or abandoned. But the parking area is also a plus, because it is located off the street in its own area, which is good.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room was fine. Everything was nice & clean. The front desk person, Letta?, was fantastic. The computer was down so she gave us a room key & called us later to check in when the computer was back up.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t have a cover. The fridge was a little too small but it worked fine.

I travel by motorcycle. I asked for the ability to wash my machine and was given facility to do so. I asked to park in sight of the office and was allowed to do so. The room was fresh, clean, and had everything i needed to be comfortable. I would also add that the room cost was very reasonable. a real value.

I have no complaints. I will stay here again. I will recommend this location to other MC riding friends The location is very good as well.

People are very inconsiderate of other guests. Slamming into shared wall at 4 am and Blasting music. Upstairs people should realize there are others trying to sleep under them and not STOMP around with Every step🤔😕😡 There are A Lot of Homeless around the area and on the property. Does not feel Safe.

it had everything we needed for a comfortable night stop. The staff were very helpful and they gave us a convenient ground floor room as requested.

Macdonald’s drive in was a right outside the window

This place fulfilled exactly what I needed out of a quick 1 night stay. The staff was kind and everything was simple.

Note: the second floor is only accessible via stairs.

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain Poor quality coffee (very weak) Old bananas, cheap granola bars, cheap wrapped pastries. Had to wait 20 min. To check out, get a receipt.

staff and price were awesome. Especially the Man cleaning our room. He is a respectful helpful man.

With CA opening up there was no Continental Breakfast.Not even coffee beside the tiny machine in room. Also carpet needs to be changed. it is very old in room and hall. We only had 1 wall of working electrical sockets. We had one lamp and bathroom light. Television kept losing signal. These items were annoying but we were grateful to have a reasonably clean room, nice staff, and a great price compared to other hotels that were gouging students and families from University because move out and graduation in person were approved after a year of gloomy Covid restrictions. So this Motel gets an A+ regardless of needing upgrades.

Our keys didn't work and another staff member came to our rescue and it turned out they hadn't been activated, she fixed it right away for us. The check out person was very friendly. The beds were comfortable enough as were the pillows. The rooms didn't smell bad as the family outside had told us.

The check in person was just "ok" as far as personality goes. Our keys didn't work when we got to our room. The room was a bit more expensive than it should have been I think. The sign on the inside of the door read "this rooms rate for 2 people is $110, I paid $198 + tx When we arrived we passed by a family who were leaving because of what they called "bad smelling rooms" so we were a bit worried.
