breakfast... clean hotel and room... cordial friendly staff, outstanding breakfast staff...

The following complaints are not against the hotel. I am sure they are company policies. ============ Upon check-in -- told to call a day ahead if we wanted our room cleaned. So, daily room service not provided without request (including towels, sheets, etc) Then my nightly fee should be reduced. === Reduce service - reduce nightly fee === Miss the nightly cookies and breakfast to go bag.

the rooms were HUGE. very clean. comfortable beds. Nice size fridge. Decent breakfast. Safe parking area. Nice neighborhood

The parking lot is small. It was a long way from the HC space to the front entry but there were ample HC spaces so that’s nice. We reserved a roll in shower, but the room was not available when we arrived as someone else was staying over. Not their fault but a huge issue for us when it came to showers.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet enough for a light sleeper - walls not too thin, and not too noisy with windows closed even though right next to the freeway. Pool, large hot tub and a small gym. Great location for proximity to coffee and food places.

Tub was completely clogged. Breakfast was not good quality food, though standard for this level of hotel. Seemed a little high priced for the area and hotel level.

Location is great and overall the property is clean.

The room was very humid/muggy and we couldn’t get that to go away. We had to open the window however, the freeway traffic was very loud. In addition, the fridge in the room would not get cold and I told the manager but she didn’t do anything about it.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was filling with lots of options. We arrived earlier than our check in time . The staff gave us a room without us even having to request an early check in time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed - would have loved to use those!

Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, a nice variety and tasty. There was not an attendant hovering. Seating was generous.

Totally impressed with the dining room! No run of the meal cafe tables. Two-sided fireplace. Cozy seating and work tables. Well appointed coffee/tea station. Like to be able to see our car from room. Furniture placement in room nice and practical.

My husband and I love the hot breakfast, but it wouldn't hurt if you try the biscuits and gravy. They served that at the hotel we stayed before.

I booked my stay with Booking.com knowing that the amount charged per night was $130.00. When I received my bill from the credit card that I used, i was charged $179.52/night by Hampton Inn. I called Hampton Inn and asked why they charged higher than what Booking.com had in their website. Of course I was upset, a d this guy, Jeff, hang up on me. This was the first customer service rep in my entire life who hang up on me, it's unbelievable. My husband and I are supposed to stay there again on Nov 4, 5 and 6, but I need to cancel that reservations. Why was I charged higher than what Booking.com have in their website?

Full, hot and cold offerings. Varied daily. No tip jar and quality superior to powdered eggs or grab and go at other hotel chains. Also, longer daily hours and great coffee/tea anytime.

Maybe fresh fruit toppings for waffles?

Quiet, spacious room & comfortable bed. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee and the fireplace in the lobby was exactly what I needed because it was freezing and raining outside.

Check in process was a little slow but not enough to warrant not staying there again.
