I would definitely stay here again because all staff were polite friendly professional I felt welcomed and whenever I needed to ask a question they always had a smile on their face and was happy to answer my questions I check for bed bugs and how clean the beds are because we travel a lot due to my girlfriends cousin being a rapper and I was impressed no bed bugs white sparkly clean bed sheets I was overly satisfied with that the way you offer Natural soap in the shower and made it short friendly plus plus plus the rooms are big a lot of space the gym pool ironing board bbq grill vanity mirror and chair I was so impressed if you could fix those 2 small things I would give you a perfect score and let me just say the waffle process DONT ever get rid of it that was one of my absolute favorite things and the juice and coffee stations I loved it oatmeal and muffins were so yummy the girl that checked us in she needs a raise she was awesome and so amazing she shocked me with how helpful and nice she was to us because you can’t find people like her at any other hotel because they are usually not nice and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but you can check the date and time and know exactly who I’m talking about DONT ever let her go she is what helps your hotel she helps the customers to keep coming back because I will definitely come back because of her so wonderful she is truly 🤗 ❤️❤️🤗

The only 2 things I did not like was the trash and dirt found under both beds it’s a new building it shouldn’t be looking like that under the beds and the eggs tasted like chemicals and the potatoes were never cooked all the way through

This was a last-minute stop for me because of a problem with a rental car while driving through the area, and I arrived incredibly tired and stressed. The front desk staff was so welcoming and so helpful, and I really needed that after dealing with the far less helpful rental car customer service people. She was still on duty when I left in the morning and was also friendly and helpful even though she had clearly worked a very long shift. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will absolutely look at this property first!

The first young lady that checked us in was not the friendliest person I booked third party and I furss that meant I was not eligible for my Hilton Honors points. Didnt even get thr two bottled waters I used to. When I asked about this she said vecause I was third party I wasnt entitled to the points or perks. Wow! That sucks but okay if that is your rule. However I had no idra and she was either tired, bored or just over this type of conversation. Either way that interaction kept me from giving yall 5 stars across the board.

I loved everything except the sliding barn doors on the bathroom. I like a door that shuts. The breakfast was great. I had eggs and toast (my usual). But, there was loads more to choose from. The beds were comfy. We had a fridge and coffee maker in the room. It would be nice if they'd put something like Moo-Milk in the coffee kit, as some of us don't drink our coffee black. We went to Fantasy Springs for a concert which is just one off-ramp further on the freeway.

The hotel could not find one of the rooms on our reservation. We reserved 3 rooms on the same reservation. They could find only two and told us we would have to repay for a 3rd room. it took 30 minutes and multiple calls by us and the hotel to Booking.com to get it straight. Somehow they found the 3rd room after talking to Booking.com but they couldn’t find it with the reservation number, PIN number or confirmation email we showed them from the reservation. it was quite aggravating.

Close to the freeway. Nice oversized comfortable room with fairly comfortable sofa bed (our teen slept on it). Like how the sink is separate from the toilet and shower. Included breakfast was simple and decent. Good air conditioning to keep room cool while it was over 100 degrees outside.

Breakfast was excellent, Good variety, hot when it was supposed to be, cold when required.

The initial room 323, the automatic blind device did not work. The fan on the heating system could not be changed. I reported the problems to the front desk, there was no maintenance personnel on site, so she moved us to room 304 which was an upgrade, greatly appreciated. Good job.

Before checking in I noticed front desk person being really polite with the customer and was even offered some water. When it was my turn the front desk was really short and I didn’t feel the same vibe and I asked a question and front desk was very short. I didn’t feel the front desk gave me the same service as they did with the customer before me. No water was offered to me. The person was white and I am Hispanic I hope this wasn’t about color I like staying with you.

Breakfast was very good -- lots of variety. Staff cleaned up when a group left their table and filled everything when it got a little low. Good bed; pillows; towels;

Had to request the room to be cleaned (we travel a lot and had never had that happen before). There was a "note" in the room key holder, but didn't notice till the next day. So it took 2 days before we got our room cleaned, clean towels, etc. The first morning the whirlpool wasn't hot (took about 20 min for it to heat up) and the foam on top was terrible. But the tub had great jets and nice and hot when it heated up. Neither the clock or microwave didn't work. I did call about the "electric" shades and got both a maintenance and manager to come in and repair that. Wi-fi on my cell phone was "free", but to use my laptop, I would have had to go to an unsecure place, so for 4 days my laptop was useless.

The service desk people were very nice but I think the breakfast could have had a selection of bacon or sausage if that was possible.
