Cutest little row of ski lodge/summer rentals on North Lake Tahoe. Our suite was up a flight of stairs and immaculate. Kailee helped us get set up with the kayaks and gear and even gave a grace period on returns since we arrived so late. Tahoe Vista is a well-preserved natural community. Absolutely beautiful.

As there was no AC, we kept the windows open and heard some traffic noise at night, but the fan helped cover that enough to sleep. As a cross between a hotel and an AirBnB, we only had one coffee pack, which we used the first morning. Guests could ask for more, I suppose, but we got in too late to either do that or buy some at the local grocery. We made do with the tea bags!

Red Wolf lodge was a great place for my family of 3 to stay in Winter. The one bedroom apartment was well designed and comfortable, and the amenities like snows shoes and sleds were wonderful to have access too, we used them every day. The hot tub with view of the lake was also so nice, and we would definitely love to come back.

I pretty much loved everything, actually can wait to plan another stay. A favorite that I’ve not seen at other hotels/motels….all the light switches were labeled except one which turned on the garbage disposal (we had a kitchenette)! It was very helpful!! Fun activities were scheduled daily if you chose to participate and even a handicap chair to enter the hot tub if you wanted it. My hubby is handicapped. I was impressed.

They requested the tip envelope for the staff, should you choose to leave one, be dropped off in the office. They have small steps up into the office. An outside drop box would have been helpful, at driveway level to meet their request. I struggle going up even small steps. I had the struggle when checking in, and just chose to leave the envelope in the room.

Too warm. We turned off the heating but it was still 75F to 80F inside. No air con, windows appeared to be locked shut so we left the entry door open. When we went to bed the room got so warm we had difficulty sleeping. The bed was also very firm which did not help.

Great location and staff. Good communication via text and easy check-in. The room is clean and spacious.

The room are not sound proof because we can hear everything from the room next to us when they wake up and start using bathroom.

Very nice front desk agent Katie. The location right on the lake was perfect, beautiful view from the pool.

I would not say I didn't like it, but it would have been nice to know that I had to ask for robes, how to turn on the fireplace, and where the pool towels were kept. When your stay is only two days these little things would have been nice the first day.

very cozy and nice rooms, pool, ping pong table, lake beach and free kayaking is nice. jet bath is also nice to have in the room. great location. very friendly staff.

we wish we had AC as it gets hot in the room at night (they do have fans) a bit less price would be great…

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay at Red Wolf Lodge. Easy check-in; has all the amenities for families. A private beach, heated pool & spa with lake views, ping pong tables, laundry area, and free parking. Our 2bd./2bath was clean & tidy with oven, stove, fridge, all utensils, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a jetted bath tub. We were able to make dinner and wash our clothes at the same time. Beds were comfy. Clean. Easy check-out.

We had requested a quiet room away from the road and the entrance but didn't get it. However, despite the location, we weren't troubled by noise at all.

Nothing! We had a little accident on the way up there and the front office staff 'Katie' was over accommodating kind nice and even let us stay later the following day for late check out at no cost. They were so helpful and Kind to us!! Would highly recommend!! We will stay again.
