The staff in the lobby was welcoming and greeted us right away. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't partake in the breakfast, although it looked like the usual basics. The gentleman that checked us out was kind enough to ask us if we made sure to get our phone charging cords. Easy access off the Redwood Highway. This was a nice choice if you didn't want to stay in a cabin or tiny motel along the way.

Not much of anything to eat around the area. This hotel is tucked in to a little area with the casino. However, we expected that because the hotel noted this. We ate dinner in Crescent City before stopping for the night here.

Rooms were clean. Pool was well kept. Great location as it was close to many of the activities we were planning. Breakfast was a plus as there were not a lot of options for dining around the place.

Had an incident with a staff member when purchasing something from the gift shop. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way in the way she spoke to me. Also didn't like the restaurant/casino attached to the hotel. Really just the restaurant. First day we got there the restaurant was closed because they said that they didn't have a cook show up for work. Second day they had a cook, but the service was extremely slow (and it was not very busy). Wanted the salad bar but it wasn't well stocked and they said they wouldn't be replenishing it because they were closing in an hour. What?!?!

Room was large and comfortable (bed particularly good). Bathroom very clean and contained lovely shower products. The gift shop on site also sold food and beverages. Breakfast was good and varied, with hot options, bakery, cereal, fruit etc. Klamath has very limited dinner options but the hotel let us know about that well in advance, so we were prepared. We only stayed one night, but I would happily spend a week here visiting the redwoods!

Walls are quite thin so we were woken up by a 5am conversation in the next room.

Good access to the redwood parks. Super comfortable beds. Nice room. The casino associated with the hotel has a restaurant that served good food.

The hot breakfast was good, but was not brought out on time on any of the days we were there. And on the last day, we sat there for about half an hour waiting. I finally went to the front desk to see what the deal was and was told that they were having some sort of technical trouble with the oven and they weren't sure when (or if) the food was coming out. This should have been communicated to us much sooner and without us having to ask!

Nice and new and close to all the redwood stuff you could want. Nice that the hotel told you how limited the dining options were but they were not joking…Klamath is gorgeous and there is a little local bookstore across from the hotel

No local food, casino was good food but needs local flavors and ideas and more veggie options. Also gas station food for dinner was meh

Very easy on/off from the road. Not a noisy road while we were there, so no issues. Room was as advertised, which is always nice to encounter. We brought our own food, etc so didn't have to be disappointed when the desk staff let us know there was no food available that evening at the hotel, at the casino next door or even around the very small town area. Interesting

Actually, no significant complaints for the most part except a noisy heater fan. So it goes. It was a bit long for the check-in, but it wasn't excruciating. Perhaps just my impatience after a long drive and being the only one staring at the plexiglass divider. It seemed to be a system issues, not a personnel concern

Two large comfortable beds. Quality foods for breakfast. Great location for access to all parts of Redwoods, and next to the Yurok visitor centre and petrol station. Food available in the attached small casino (slot machines only). Room clean except the grouting in-between bathroom tiles needed a good scrub. Swimming pool but cold. Large car park.

I liked it all the only thing is that by 9:00 I felt rushed for breakfast when they were picking everything up by 9:30am when some other guests were just getting there to get some breakfast. I've been in others holiday Inns and breakfast is still available even a little after 10 am but other than that everything was okay.

Beds phenonemal, clean environment, access to prepared food in the cafein the evening, gift shop had loads of snacks, necessities, pool was open, lots of fun for the kids. Staff was so nice, accomodating. Breakfast was awesome, food options were great.

Not much...very quiet location, few guests kept it low key. We would have enjoyed a little lower rate, tho, considering its off season.

The facility was great but the adjoining restaurant casino was closed and we did not realize that until it was too late to pre-shop for something to eat. So we had to settle for gas station food which was not good. Covid related, so check before booking. This is within the Redwoods so it not easy to go find something else. I love to take photos and stayed here so we could wake up early and catch the Elk and sure enough, we did get some great shots.

The casino next store - it was closed so nothing to eat except what the hotel provided for breakfast which was minimal.
