Location is pretty quiet despite its close proximity to the 101. The sea lions were the loudest thing around, and they are pretty cool. The harbor is close by so getting a good view of the sea lions and boats is easy.
The room was nothing special but was clean. The paint job in the bathroom was pretty ugly. For the price though, a clean room is what matters

The room and linens smelled clean. The beds and pillows were so comfy! I loved the safety bar on the slider so that we could sleep safely with the door partially open. The ice machine made plenty of ice. Loved the hardwood floors! The staff was warm and helpful, the Grab and Go breakfast was ok. I will definitely stay here again!!
The shower drain kept shutting, so draining the tub was a slow process. The walls were a tad thin, so conversations and music were easily heard. The key card kept demagnetizing, requiring a trip to the office to re-swipe the card.

It was a great location, clean & comfortable. The breakfast was so nice and they had a great supply. It was quiet so we couldn’t hear our neighbors.
I didn’t like that you had to go outside to move from the room to any other part of the hotel but the courtyard was well maintained.

Clean rooms, great view. The front desk graciously updated our room to have the ocean view, normally that room is $10 more but she did it for free!! Very kind.
The outside looks a little sketchy but once you get in the room it’s actually very nice and spacious.
