The room was bigger than I was expecting and felt clean and fresh. Nice view of the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Observatory which we also weren't expecting. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff were friendly and helpful, and provided a free luggage store after we checked out because our flight wasn't for another few hours. Convenient location, easy to get to the Hollywood and Vine metro and there are shops and restaurants very close by.

The wifi was a bit temperamental, which was only an issue as I don't have a sim that works in the US so was relying on wifi. Pool area was nice but could do with some green cover or nicer fence between the car park and the pool as it is just metal mesh, doesn't feel very private or glamourous. The pool was also cold so we didn't actually get in.

Quiet room, comfortable beds, good showers, beautiful room n the lobby so modern! Location not too far from most attractions n bus stops close by to go everywhere, although long waiting sometimes but far better than the metro. Starbucks n few eatery around, supermarket not too far.

I wish they have choice of including breakfast or not on the room rate as I don’t eat breakfast

Breakfast wasn't as good as what we experienced in Anaheim. There was no cinnamon granola which was a real shame. The waffles were great, as were the pastries. The omelettes were good when just cheese but gets weird when filled with peppers at that time in the morning like they were at times.

The Wi-Fi was awful. Poor coverage & turtle slow! My wallet did not like the fact that there was a Taco Bell across the street; my belly did enjoy that, however.

I liked the view from our room. I liked having a small fridge and microwave in there too. The pillows were soft. The 10x mirror in the bathroom was a nice feature. The breakfast was the best! Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, cereal and more. Thank you!

There wasn't a dresser or drawers to put your clothes in. We had to keep our clothes in our luggage, that was a bit of a hassle, especially because we were there for 2 nights. The room was a bit small. The iron was burnt, so it was hard to use.

Very clean, the helpful staff, the breakfast, the security (I liked the fact that you have to use your card to access the hotel in the night, and always when using the elevator).

I couldn't completely close the curtains, so light was always entering the room. Also, if valet could be free or optional it would be ideal.

it was in a bit of a seedy area with lots of rough people around. there were great conveniences and eating places nearby.

The staff was very personable, nice, and accommodating. The area was WeHo. Homeless people everywhere, but very walkable to a lot of attractions in the city.

We had a perfect stay at the Hampton Inn as part of our honeymoon road trip. Our room was clean and spacious and the hotel was perfectly located (especially for universal studios). Breakfast was tasty and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was a real perk.

Great location, walking distance to Hollywood Walk of Fame. A good breakfast, even if it's strange to have everything disposable and styrofoam. The room was large and comfortable, and the included toiletries were high quality.

The bedroom wasn't that well lit, even with 5 or so lamps.
