Our room was large and clean. There were wine and beer options in our room for purchase, so convenient. Sliding glass door with a cute little patio to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and there was an AC. We were able to reserve a private time slot in the jacuzzi. Delicious restaurant and bar on site was definitely a bonus.
Our room door kept sticking and was kind of hard to open. It would be better if you were able to reserve 45 minutes in the Jacuzzi instead of 30 minutes.

The homely, clean, and picturesque view of the room we stayed in rendered a wonderful leisure vacation for us. The food in the hotel was also very good and reasonably priced. The receptionists at the lobby were all so cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel is very close to Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, and San Luis Obispo. We are looking forward to another visit sometime in the near future.

We enjoyed food and availability of the restaurant. Location was great. Nice and quiet. Easy to park ... Dog friendly. Staff was nice and supported.
We could have used a downstairs room. The stairs were difficult with luggage. The room was a little outdated but clean. For the cost ... it was fine. Wifi was patchy so it made it difficult to check in with work and family.

The room was cozy, and the bed was comfortable. It was cool that they had a huge movie selection in the lobby.
The balcony I thought we were getting was just a walk way so if you sat outside eveyone can just walk right passed you. Kind of weird. The water pressure was not great.

Staff was friendly.. especially Sophia at the clubhouse grill.. beautiful views, live band on Saturday, water slides for the kids. Just a great place to stay

The staff member who checked us in was lovely and extremely helpful. We were given a map and tips for the best spots to visit. And they provide DVDs to watch. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
I would have liked to have a fireplace but this is not really a deterrant.

Our room needed some remodeling, it was clean. Sliding door was broken, carpet was old. Front door card reader had issues.

Location location location. I love the area, it was beautiful and peaceful. In addition to that there not really much traffic.
The hotel itself needs to be updated, especially the bathroom.

Nice big room and patio, which we really love. To sit there, watching sunset and have a drink is one of the best moments of our holiday (we get probably best room in whole hotel). We were really satisfied. Location was nice too.

We didnt eat breakfast at Resort. We enjoyed our stay.. We have stayed here many times.
There was a stain on the carpet in our room. A little steam cleaning can do the job.
