I like that the property was very well kept in clean. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to keep the facility up-to-date. Without them, and they are hard work ethics. This place would not be a 8 Star Pl. to stay. The rooms were kept in clean miraculously. The facility ground was kept clean. This corporation owes the housekeeping amounts of gratitude. Their staff was very nice and well pleasant. I will stay here again.

Wish there was other restaurants nearby. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Glad that each room was a non-smoking room. I enjoyed that. Hopefully they have rooms designated for animals only so that no one books a room that has had an animal before them. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

the property is clean and in a great location. If only it weren’t right on the highway, the location would be perfect. the staff is amazing. the beds were very comfortable and I had awesome sleep when we moved to a quieter room. The bathroom amenities are very nice as well. it is a pet friendly hotel which is great. The security was amazing when a dog escaped from its room. Ge kept the scared dog safe until the owner could be located.

Honestly, despite being right on the 405 freeway, the noise is not terrible.

We liked this hotel very much. The complimentary parking included was great and looked safe. The front desk has good amenities, coffee brewer, water filter (!), cups and napkins. The business center room was great, I was able to connect for my online work meeting seamlessly. The breakfast is not included, but there's a great Denny's location right next door, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's open 24/7 I think.

The bath faucet in our room 311 seems clogged, the water pressure was a bit weak.

Rooms were very comfortable, and the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful. I wasn't expecting the room to be as big as it was, so the extra space was a nice surprise. There's a Target about a 5 minute walk away as well if you needed to get any last minute items for your stay.

The hotel also doesn't have elevators, which wasn't a huge issue. But if you are coming with more than one or two pieces of luggage, I would recommend a ground level room if they are available.

Shops are close by

My entrance had so many mosquitoes flying around. I even put some towels under the entrance door and sprayed some of my mint mist around my husband and I had to keep tossing a shirt around it till they were dead. It was a hassle opening the door and knowing we would get bombarded with them coming inside. Also parking it gets full so if you come back late at night it's hard to find a spot

The price/value of the location in regarding the Universal Studio Hollywood park is great! Denny’s just in the same location was perfect for my family!

They had an old TV in the room. Nothing relevant, but I would like have had a new one ;) I think it is a point to improve. Other than that, everything is good!

The price to get a room after midnight was almost $400 plus because I booked my room after midnight, the hotel automatically makes your booking for after 3pm that day so if u need a room after midnight don't book online and last I paid $400 for a room from midnight to 6 am and the hotel won't refund the online booking of $218.56 so I paid over $600 for a 6 hour hotel stay not fair at all, and if someone from the hotel wants to contact me to refund my money I'd really appreciate it, but doubtful

The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room, and all amenities functional. The person checking us in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also a great location for the various attractions nearby, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was provided, but pretty basic.

Our only critique would be with the somewhat limited breakfast offerings.

When I checked in, the room that they sent me to had not been cleaned yet. So, I had to go back to the desk. But...the staff called house keeping make sure a different room was clean before sending me there.

For a best western... this seemed upscale but affordable. The room was beautiful, very spacious, huge window that extended across the entire wall, lots of lighting and the beds were most memorable for being the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I have a spinal fusion, so if you have back pain you know... trust me these beds were painless! The room was very clean. We had to request extra towels and a cleaning of the room off schedule due to getting beach sand everywhere, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The 24 hours dennys is connected to the hotel with a full bar. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. The ocean is just a 10 or 15 minute drive away. The landscaping was really memorable too lots of beautiful bright flowers and palm trees. If I ever travel to L.A. again I will stay here again happily. There was a pool and hot tub but they were closed due to light rain the day we had time to utilize them... so we never got to experience them but they looked clean and fun. We frequented the ocean instead.

That the pool and hot tub closed during light rain... but I mean it's for safety who can control the weather?
