The parking is great very spacious, well lit area and close to the market for snacks, the breakfast was actually really good and the waffles were delicious. The only thing is I reserved a room with 2 beds then sized down to 1 bed but didn't make a difference in price I should of just kept the room with 2 beds. The room we got was a little tight on space but looked nice though. And the back entrance smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a non-smoking room. Aside from that the hotel was actually good, service was great. People were really nice, I'd stay there again.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Yosemite Inn in Modesto. The staff was curious, The rooms were nice. They were spacious, clean, and included fridge,Microwave, TV, AC, internet, and coffee in the lobby.

My only disappointment was that Bookings.com said that there was a breakfast for 5$ extra, but this Inn does not have a breakfast.

I like comfort inn to stay , but last night in room 119 i saw 2 small cockroach make sure to clean and discenfict and kill the cockroach, or else i dont want to book anymore in in comfort inn modesto at 2025 orange burdg

location near my destination, all staff friendly, everything is clean, it was quiet. Good breakfast also…..

Two tv remote that was difficult to operate, and no vending machines….. and since I booked through this site, I was charged for two bottles of water by the front desk. Really not a big deal, will remember to bring my own next time.

Maid hanging around in the kitchen right by you wiping everything when you're trying to eat unsanitary so it's a very uncomfortable trying to enjoy breakfast when someone in there watching you

Being charged the entire $850(+) at once. Then getting to the motel to check in and nit being allowed in my room as they then requested a $200 cash deposit. Traveling for work we only use cards but it was maxed out for room reservation until the next day. I've not received my refund and they claim it was refunded

First floor was great but was located in front of interior yard an people use area for smoking and that turns the room with smoke odor. Parking has poor lights and there was some suspects walking around the parking. Thanks God, not happened to car.
