Location location location

The reservation was made way in advance. I got a call from the hotel earlier that morning of arrival confirming my credit card. I did not like the fact I could .not check in at 3 pm, we weren't able to check In Until 4:00 and they said our accessible room we booked is not available and both rooms could not be on the same floor. We would have to wait 45 more mins. We had a long drive in to town. We had an event to attend at 5:30pm and were not able to wait too much longer, definitely not until 4:45

I like the property except the sink and the shower, it drains super slow! No ironing board, fridge not thawed and ice too thick in the freezer. Too many homeless right outside the premises, hanging out and walking back and forth. Some are nice and some are not! Two guys playing super loud music while smoking weed in the parking lot at noon! I also don’t understand why was I charged two separate rooms when I booked thru bookings.com, I was only charged once. No military discount? I saw a lot of Air Force personnel and some Army.

Staff were very nice especially the two ladies that works at night. Also the breakfast team were very accommodating and again, very nice. I also enjoyed using your stairs vice the elevator.

Everything was great. We walked in and were greeted warmly, the staff were very nice and always treated us with a smile. The lobby was spotless clean and the rooms were cleaned very nice. The food was alright like any other hotel food. One thing I did like to point is the pool was not cleaned. Dirt was at the bottom of the pool and no clean towels.

Everything was great! From staff's patience and professionalism, to the facility's cleanliness and comfort it was a great stay.

The pool needed some attention, it was dirty and probably needed a treatment but the next day I did hear the staff mentioning that they were going to lock up the pool. I hope to provide the attention it needed.

I frequently attend events held at the NOS location and I have stayed here twice now. I love that its not to far from the venue. The facilities are always very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. I requested extra blankets and staff was prompt and fast with bringing them to my room. Will continue to book for all my events I attend at NOS center.

Clean, clean, very clean! The staff were very nice and friendly people. They have security walking around while you sleep. There is plenty of free parking. Quiet! The coffee was really good and always tasted fresh, that's very important!

Price....but that's everywhere. Need a newer washer and dryer.

when we first checked in room wasn’t available during check in time busy weekend my guess but they did accommodate me with bigger room at no additional cost.

everything except for the fire alarm at 3am

cost for pet is bit high. you should hold deposit and deduct any damage or extra cleaning that has to be done because of my pet. I have a very well behaved small dog who you would never even know was in the room.

Anabel who greeted us in the morning for breakfast was super.She is a gem.Also,your front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.
