We were very happy with this hotel overall. Super helpful and welcoming staff at the front desk as soon as we arrived and helpful at different points during our stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and also plenty of room to sit, which is not always the case at other Temecula/ Murrieta hotels. Reasonable prices as well. We'll go back.

This is not anything that the hotel can control, but it's easy to drive into the hotel as you're coming off the freeway at Rancho California, but as you leave, you're obligated to turn right and drive a bit.

The location is close near a lot of restaurants, fast food places, Old Town Temecula, the wineries wasn’t too far of a drive, gas stations are super close, and so was the Promenade Mall. I also love the room’s color choices and how clean and spacious it is. Staff was nice and the property has a lot of parking which is pretty amazing and the parking is spacious as well. 24 hour access fitness center and the pool.. which was a plus since my girlfriend enjoys a good work out.

Nothing. Everything was on point.

The dbl queen Suite was a nice size. Plenty of room for 4 people. 2 beds a couch and work area. Fridge and microwave. The breakfast was well stocked.

The location is right next to the freeway. There was lots of traffic noise. The room could have been cleaner. The hallway in front of our room had lots of debris and hair. Turning on the shower was difficult. It was as if they installed the handle improperly. Rooms were $300 a night on a weekend. Seems a little high for a standard Hampton inn.

Great location to easily get around Temecula while staying off the main freeways …you could easily hop on Jefferson Avenue and cruise up to Murrieta

Maybe needs more lighting around parking areas on the side of building and the staff at the front desk although were great, just maybe needed some support staff to run errands to rooms because they would have to leave front desk unattended although it was only briefly …

Breakfast was good, with plenty choices. Staff very friendly and accommodating throughout property. Great location to Wine Country, Pechanga and other destinations. Easy access in and out of hotel area. Plenty of restaurant, fast food choices nearby. Good mid-level hotel, reasonably priced.

Beds and sofa bed weren't as comfortable as before (I stayed here ten years ago). Otherwise no real complaints

Breakfast was awesome! They had a full breakfast, including make your own waffles (and mini waffles!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed a little longer at the jacuzzi/patio as a small group of middle-aged ladies chatting and they let us. Parking was free. Very nice stay. Great location to go winetasting.

Loved having the free breakfast option and there was plenty of selection. The room was large (enough) and included a frig and microwave and a comfortable chair (and foot rest!). The location was great- close to I-15 but without the noise- and close to Old Town.

The price. We paid nearly $300 per night for a 3-night stay ...really brought down the value of this stay.

It was in a very nice part of town...the room was nice & big & clean.. We enjoyed the breakfast...we like that it is pet friendly....we did not bring our dogs this time but we may in the future The staff was very friendly

I liked the cleanliness of the room, free parking, the furnishings ( impermiable upholstery, not fabric that can't be properly cleaned) and room layout

It was tough to get a good night's sleep because the walls were very thin, I could hear my neighbors conversations, more so than at other hotels I have stayed in. Also, the doors didn't shut close unless they were slammed or pushed hard

Breakfast great, location great, room very nice.

Price a little high compared to some higher end hotels. I thought room was very clean until later in the evening when I found big blobs of black hair all over the bathroom floor so that made me wonder what the rest of the room was like. (Things I couldn't see) Lastly, I hate that maids don't come in the rooms every day to tidy up, empty trash, make beds, replace towels etc. That is why we vacation; to get that little pampering each day.
