The staff here is fantastic, the breakfast was ample with selections, clean, very fresh, and updated to assure that a great quality product was offered. Not a full kitchen but it really works. We had requested extra pillows and they were delivered prior to our arrival, and without having to ask again. The room was very clean, the shower was excellent with the shower head they have chosen. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Quick food restaurants are all within a very short walking distance

Pricing is always a concern, a little better rate would be appreciated. The bathroom and vanity area lighting could be better, and a little brighter. We have a makeup mirror that we bring as it seems this is common amongst a majority of hotels. Gentlemen, you understand our wife's concerns. :) But that is it, it's a great place to stay! As I stated Staff, Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was great.

Hot breakfast was great but one of the servers not nice at all the other one super good, quality of soap, shampoo, gym, pool lots of parking space, walk to restaurants few steps away and location this hotel has everything.

Just Need little more smile face, specially server and front desk, everything else is great.

Room was spacious, convenient and comfortable. Lots of lamps/lights, outlets and ports where you need them. Keurig machine for coffee and larger than some mini- refrigerator. Plenty of hanging space and hangers. Up to date TV so we could use Apple TV and stay up with favorite shows. Breakfast was better than we had expected. We did not use gym or pool, but hope to next time.

Friendly front desk on all shifts, three different client service representatives. The room really had all the amenities you would need while traveling - large bed, sofa bed, small fridge, microwave. Hotel breakfast was awesome to get our day started. The hotel is in a prime location near many places to see. Overall, very easy check-in, check-out, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I really didn't have any complaints about anything.

Breakfast dish offers could have been better stocked. There were a couple of empty trays of a couple of main dishes. To be fair they had only one employee to oversee it all. She needed help

The TV couldn't scan the stations. I'm a bit of a tekkie and if I couldn't get it going only some able bodied staff member could have. But TV wasn't THAT major.

Room was cool, clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable and pillows, just right. I slept great!!! :) Breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed it very much. Staff was all friendly, polite and helpful.

The pool is in need of upgrading. We sat out by the pool when we returned from dinner. Table and chairs were nice, but the pool itself needed some tender loving care. It wasn't inviting enough for us to take a swim. :(

The amenities available in the room, though there was no coffee/ice tea supplies. the first night of our stay.. Room quiet overall. Star. helpful especially with figuring out the television operation. Overall clean and felt safe in the room with respect to Covid-19. Excellent location including for the wine country. Offers continental breakfast.

The windows were dry and could not look out to see the surrounding environment or check on your car. The shower supplies especially the liquid soap was empty. Could of use another bath towel to dry self with after my shower. Suggestion: Have an extra blanket in the closet for those who get cold with the air conditioner

Breakfast, room, location, bed. All the important things.

There wasn't any hair dryer in the room and the girl at the front desk didn't know how to get one. While the girl struggled and I waited far too long with her the manager finally appeared from the back room and slowly walked to the storage room down the hall to get a new hair dryer.

Breakfast was amazing loved the pool everybody was very nice I could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay can't wait to go back

Just maybe filter could be cleaned on air conditioner I like it really cold but I'm not complaining about it we really enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful

The area of our hotel was close to everything which made it easy and convenient. Our room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfy. Staff, especially housekeeping were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Upon check in was told there would be no working water at 10:00 am and on. Was give a choice to stay or not, but had already booked online.
