The staff was very friendly when I came in super late price was amazing it's great being able to take my puppy dogs and the room had a refrigerator and a microwave which is great! And I love the fact that there were a lot of towels.

The floors were cleaned with something that was very overpowering smelling I almost couldn't stand the room this time last time I had to carpeted room and it was really really great the freezer part the slider door was not clean and there was something left in the toilet and sink so that's in it not super bad just not as clean as it should be I think. The dog run needs to stay clean there was something that look like a horse went to the bathroom out there and the bad owner did not pick up after him. Unfortunately one of the curtains was broken and hanging down it was in Room 101 and it was a blackout curtain on the right

The breakfast room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool, though a little hidden, was nicely insulated from the freeway noise with a high wall. They are pet friendly, which is important to me as I have an elderly cat that I bring along with me so I can manage her medical needs.

Our room had wood floors which makes for easy cleaning, but doesn’t absorb sound. So, you feel like you have to talk quietly. The furniture, flooring, and feature wall were a dark color so the room seemed dark and like there could be better lighting. The pillows seemed a little flat to me. The signage could be better since the hotel is tucked behind a shopping center and car wash, we almost missed it the first time we drove up because you only really see the sign for Quality Inn, which is next door.

I like the location, it’s close to Starbucks for coffee and to Old town.

I liked the location of the breakfast but the choices were limited compared to other hotels. For example at extended stay there is a hot breakfast served with staff around to help. They also have a tv on to watch while you eat. At La Quinta there are no hot items, only prepackaged items and very few of choices. There was no more milk for cereal and no staff around to ask for help. I wish the breakfast had been more substantial- it’s more like snacks available, it shouldn’t be called a breakfast.

Not only was there no hot breakfast ( as advertised) but one day there was only toast and cereal because there weren't any more pre-wrapped pastries. All the other hotels we could have chosen offered free hot breakfasts- not hiding behind the excuse of Covid. It was La Quinta's way of trimming their budget.

The welcoming front desk personnel was very friendly. I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

I didn’t like the smell of the hallway. I also didn’t like the “breakfast”, although I understand why it had to be that way. But I do miss the hot breakfasts, which some hotels have already started to reinstate.

Some travelers trashed the breakfast area, and due to its location it is hard for the staff to see that has mess. They also took so many things that there was little left for other guest.

The breakfast was very minimal. This was the only thing that needed to be improved. I suggest adding more protein items like bacon or sausage. Also, the kitchen area needs a waffle maker.

Clean rooms, easy access to freeway, even if you had to do a funny u-turn by a shopping center to go south because it's a divided road. A solid budget room in an expensive area. Would stay again if we have another wedding to go to there!

No breakfast because of COVID. Rooms were not ready for our entire party when we arrived at different times and we were on different floors even though I booked two of the rooms together on booking.com. The swimming pool was small and close to the freeway and wasn't a place we wanted to hang out at and relax.

Breakfast ok. Could have had more selection like granola and bagels and bananas sticking with the continental vibe.

Pillows were very small and not fluffy. TV does not have a swivel to watch from the sofa.
